Finally Exploring.

Ciriya stepped into the Icicle Woods and looked around. It was kind of pretty if you thought about it. The glittering icicles hanging from the branches, the sparkling stems of the frozen leaves. And the soft coating of snow that littered the ground.
The Swellow spread her wings and took off, deciding to make the most of the air time she had before the next snowstorm.

"ShadowShock," he said, "Now be careful each crystal must be activated by a certain type, there should be an inscription on which type of move this crystal must be hit with to work, by its coloring it'll be a ghost or poison type move." He walked toward the crystal and looked around his eyes gleaming a bright yellow.

"Well who do we know who has any ghost or poison type moves?" he asked,looking down at the crystal. Sure enough in small letters were the words ghost/poison. Roman thought hard for a moment. "Im at a loss" he shrugged his shoulders.

He chuckled, "Now do you really think that no one would be protecting these crystals? The gaurdian of the crystal will be the type we need, if its a ghost or poison type pokemon, he or she will give us a test of trickery." He looked around the room again. "It's strange though...the test would have started on whoever found the crystal immediately...was there anyone else around when you came into the cave?"

He shook his head "I wasn't really looking. I was after the Swellow" he said apologetically.

He looks outside the cave to the swellow. "...Did she mention anything at all?" He said.

"Nope i was to busy attacking her" he said with another apologetic glance. "Well maybe we should search?" he suggested. "If the guardian plays with trickery then this may be the trickery so watch out"

"The guardian of trickery...." He looks around then looks back at the different colored gem and his eyes glow. "That's the test, this isn't the right gem," he said.

Grinning Roman started to search again, looking around for another differently colored gem.

ShadowShock scanned the room carefully, his eyes glowed brightly in the dim light of the room. "There," he said as he walked to a gem laying next to the largest one, "My eyes can tell its the right one."

A shadow appeared on the giant gem as a Gengar slid out of it, "Very good, very good, the other guardians have told me about you, I was hoping you'd have gotten it wrong, but oh well, you have passed," she said giggling as she hit the gem with a poison gab and the giant blue crystal disappeared. "Good luck," she giggled as she faded away.

Ciriya had recovered from the electric blast a while ago, and had lay eavesdropping on the Luxray and Roman until they had entered the cave. She had followed them, being intrigued by their conversations. She finally showed herself, just as the crystal disappeared.

"You know its incredibly boring just lying outside eavesdropping on you two. And you didnt need to attack me." she chirruped, ruffling her feathers, the statement being directed at the Luxray. "If you had just said what you wanted, I would have helped. Its in an explorer's nature to be curious about such things."

She walked up to one of the smaller crystals and picked it up in her claw. "And since its okay for ShadowShock to move the massive crystal, im sure you wouldnt mind me having this little one."

He looked at the Swellow (right?) and shook his head. "I didn't take the crystal, I moved it to it's altar, besides, all the crystals that were moved from their caves will return when Jirachi disappears again," he said as he headed for the entrance to the cave.

The Swellow rolled her eyes. "Well this crystal doesn't seem to have much importance, so i'm taking it anyways as a souvenir."
Ciriya followed the Luxray out of the cave, the smaller blue crystal in her beak.

He sighed then chuckled, "It will disappear once Jirachi disappears." Sparks flew off his paws and he began running through the woods at high speeds. "Catch me if ya can!" he yelled back chuckling to himself.

"No it wont, its a smaller one that has nothing to do with the bigger crystal."
She reached the outside of the cave and spread her wings, luckily there didnt seem to be any sign of impending snowfall so she took off, skillfully darting to and fro through the trees.

He raced through the woods quickly towards the center quietly. I hope Dragonite doesn't show up with those two around, Ruy would kill me for getting help, he thought as he reached the altar.

Roman grinned, using extremespeed for running rather then for an attack. "Hah to easy!" he grinned,dashing up to the Luxray. "So now what? we do some ritual?" he laughed slightly,keeping his pace even.

The Swellow continued to follow the Luxray from the sky, keeping the tiny crystal in her beak. She wanted to know what was going on. She hardly ever ignored what caught her interest.

He stepped into the center of the altar and read the inscription on the floor> "Step back," he said as he released a powerful Discharge hitting each of the giant crystals.

Ciriya made sure she was out of the way of the electricity, then landed when the Discharge was over.

Roman stepped closer after the discharge had passed,watching with intense curiosity

Ciriya fluttered over to Roman and asked him if he knew what was gonna happen next.

DarkShock jumped back from the center of the altar as electricity flowed from the crystals to its center and a small green stone began to float from an unseen hole.

"So lets get this show on the road" he woofed, his eyes glowing with the green color as the crystal rose

DarkShock's eyes gleamed as he peered around, tensed, ready for battle.

The swellow caught onto the Luxray's actions and she too became cautious.
