A Shot From Fox and Zash's Past

Kitsune Dawn Fira, commonly known as "Fox", sat on a stone wall which lined the road that led to her tiny neighborhood one morning. She was at genuine peace for once, her mind distracted from it's dark and conflicted areas as she looked up at the fresh morning sky, cloudgazing happily. Oddly, instead of her normal attire, she wore a pure white sundress that morning. A fresh, gentle breeze blew through the area, accentuating the atmosphere.

" Alright then it's settled we now have an extremely dangerous stone that we can never use and a new awesome katana that used to be haunted by an old mad spirit." Zash recapped. " And all before break feast!" He laughed. As if on cue with the work break feast Zash's stomach started to growl. " Hey wanna go get some food?" He asked Fox.

"Ha ha, you bet I do!" Fox laughed, Once again successfully distracted by Zash's antics. So, what do you want to eat? She asked him. She used alchemy to make a pocket in her skirt and slipped the stone into it.

" Pancakes! I love pancakes on a sunday morning." Zash said nodding. " Uncle Jake still owes me one so let's go to his place." Zash suggested talking about a resturent a close friend of his family owned. He always referred to him as uncle even thou Zash wasn't related to him at all.
