The Arrival

A ship sailed onto the coast, docking at the harbor. The captain announced the arrival, and that the passengers should get off. They all got off, with Adam in the crowd. Once in town, he sent out his three Pokemon: a Dewott, a Zorua, and an Aipom. "Right, now where's the tournament?" he wondered, as he and his Pokemon tried to read the map. Mura looked away, slightly guilty that she was the one who accidentally poured milkshake onto the map, obscuring the instructional parts and the compass mark.

Hisana was holding Senna infront of her so the small Pokemon wouldn't wander off again. She tuned out amost everything that the host had said except for the battle match ups. Looks like wer'er up against Ellen. This should get interesting. she thought. The Pink haired girl had returned ichigo to his Pokeball before coming in, the Riolu had refused to go in the battle arena till Hisana finnaly returned her stuborn Pokemon to his Pokeball. "I hope he's ok, he looked very upset." she muttered to herself.

Sayuri brought her attention to the rather large screen with the pictures of the ten competetors. They all looked rather tough and she wasn't sure how things would turn out. She also took note of the fact that she was in the fourth match which was a slight let down since it would surely take a while before it was her time. All of the names except for the few she had met during their travels were foreign to her,
"Drake Graco..." she mumbled to herself, checking to see if it would ring a bell. Unfortunately, it didn't, and she was once more going to have to learn a new face. Something of which she was terribly uncomfortable with.
In the meanwhile, she decided to get herself into a comfy position while she waited for the stage and took a seat on a nearby sofa. It was plush and she nearly dozed off with Hipo in her grasp. If it weren't for the pumped up Hikari, she would have. The mienfoo had almost immediately started to wrestle Sayuri's foot as she began to relax. Sayuri let out a sigh and simply watched the screen showing the battle. She hoped things would be over soon.

"Ah! You too! Just so you know, I'm totally gonna win!" Kaze grinned widely, purple eyes confident. Bubbles shoved his beak into the air, agreeing with a sharp, "Pluup!" Itachi was standing on his tail, but nonetheless looked ready to battle. And of course, Suna was completely pumped. Of course, she was careful not to be over-confident like Kaze. " Uhh...When do we start?" the white-haired boy suddenly asked, feeling rather dimwitted.
