Namashite Village

First topic message reminder :

A small, mostly red and yellow dragon wandered around the village, ducking between houses and under anything she could find so that she would go unnoticed. Erulissë was planning on finding something tasty to eat.
She wandered into one of the houses, following a rather nice smell....

[I find it amusing how only two lines of my last post were actually relevant to your character XD]

The dragon demon nodded and followed Natsumi, but the weird experience was still on her mind. She absentmindedly bounded after the priestess, but missed half of what she had said. [Not that it was really relevant. XD]

[LOL. I love how the only thing I said Ooc was LOL.]

Natsumi stopped for a second. "I'm sensing more demonic aura nearby." she said in a somewhat hushed tone.

"Well, besides you, I mean." she clarified.

Erulissë blinked as she registered what Natsumi has said, then chuckled. "Maybe this demon will be a kind demon instead of one of the ones who destroys everything in their way."

"That would be nice, wouldn't it?" Natsumi chuckled back as they made their way twoards the place where they had heard the cry.

They reached the area and discovered a rather vicious looking, lion-esque demon. Erulissë looked at Natsumi, wondering what she would do first.

"Ok, stay down. We should attempt to sneak up on it." Natsumi said in a very hushed tone.

Erulissë nodded. "That'll be easy for me since i'm so small, but how are you gonna sneak up on it? Its bound to have a great sense of hearing...since it's a cat and all."

"Good point. I'll try to find a good place to stay put, I suppose. I could attack it from the treeline, it would have trouble singleing me out from all the foliage over there." Natsumi mused quietly.

"Okay!" smiled the dragon demon. "I could always try and speak to it.... I'm not sure how it would react though."

"If you do, I have your back! I'll be in that spot right over there." Natsumi said as she pointed to a grove of dense trees and bushes, which she promptly began to sneak into.

"O-okay..." she replied, taking a deep breath then walking towards the lion-like demon as if she didn't have a care in the world.
"Hi!" she smiled to it, "What brings a demon like you so close to a village like this?"

[You can rp it for a while if you want.. since id rather not have a conversation with myself. XD]

"At first I was just passing through, but I saw this weak little town and thought I'd stay awhile. Also, the closest Preistess is that traveling girl, and I heard that she's still mikes away. Some of the demons I came in contact with say she doesn't even think it's worth it to come because of all the false alarms." he growled cockily. "What about yourself?" he said.

Erulissë shrugged, "I just came for the food."
The dragon demon sat down and curled her long tail around her red feet. "So... do you plan on attacking the village?"

"If I get bored enough with it, maybe. But for now, I just want to relax for a while: It takes a lot of energy to do that, and I'm tired." he yawned, not really looking like he was in the mood for "effort".

"Alright then... I guess that's okay then." she sighed in relief, "-I don't want you destroying my main source of food!"
She made up the quick excuse as a cover to the sigh that had escaped her jaws involuntarily. XD

"Yeah, I guess it would be a loss of a pretty good food source if we destroyed this place." he sighed. "And it takes humans absolutely forever to rebuild these places." he grumbled.

"Yea.. that's true." She replied, flicking her fluffy tail-tip. Erulissë glanced over to where Natsumi was hiding.

Natsumi just continiued to watch from the bushes for signs of trouble when she saw Erulissë's tail flip. "Was that some kind of signal?" she thought to herself. She watched a little more attentively, but didn't act as of yet.

Erulissë feigned a yawn, "I guess I'll get goin' then. No use stickin' around if there's nothing to do."
The dragon demon got to her feet and wandered out of the clearing, heading for near where Natsumi was hiding, but not the exact place, in case the demon suddenly changed his mind about being friendly.

Natsumi peaked out of the bushes. "Well, that went over better then I expected." she said in q hushed tone. "It always helps when we can talk things over and not have to fight them out with violence." she said with a content sigh.

The dragon demon nodded in agreement. "We know he wont attack the village too."

"That's definitely a relief." Natsumi sighed again quietly. "Let's get out of here before he can change his mind." Natsumi whispered.

"Good idea!" she chuckled. "So where do you plan on going next? Are you sticking around in the village or moving on?"

"Well, since there's more demon activity here then I was expecting, not including yourself, I think I might camp out along the border of the town for an extra day to make sure I don't miss anything."

Erulissë nodded then sighed, "I have no idea what i'm gonna do next."
