13th Division - Mission from Ukitake?

Kaori was lay, relaxing for once, on the grass. She was taking in the rather beautiful landscapes that you could find near the Thirteenth Division. This was a rare occurrence for her as, despite her love for peaceful and tranquil places, she was a rather hyperactive person at times.
She immediately sat up however, when a jet black butterfly hovered above her head. She outstretched her hand so it could land on her index finger and deliver its message.

"Alright!" she grinned after listening to the Jigokuchō's message. Though she was exited, she couldn't help wondering what mission her captain had in store for her and 5th Seat, Riku Nakushita.

Riku Nakushita was sitting on a rock in a meditative state; her Zanpaku-to was laying side was on her lap. With her eyes closed and her mind focused she found herself in her Inner World.

*Inner World*

Riku's Inner world was a dark forest with a small medow. Riku was walking through it when she heard the sound of thunder and saw lightning flash across the sky. "Kouryuu." she whispered as a bolt of lightning hit the ground just a few meters away from her. The bolt of lightning dissapered revealing a giant electric blue dragon surrounded in chains. "Riku you seemed troubled." the dragon boomed gently in concern. "I'm just curious. Am I truely worthy of being a 5th Seat?" she asked him. "That is not for me to decide. That is for you and your fellow commerads to say. As long as you beleive in yourself you can over come any obstical." he said before taking to the sky with a great roar.

*Real World*
Riku opened her eye and picked up her Zanpaku-to, "Kouryuu is right I just have to beleive in myself." she whispered.

Kaori got to her feet and began to search fr Riku. Knowing that she was rather shy, she doubted she would be with any of the other squad members, so she searched the more secluded areas of the 13th division.
It wasn't long before Kaori found the fifth seat, sitting on a rock.

"Hey, Riku!" she yelled cheerfully before running over to her, "Captain Ukitake has a mission for us, apparantly!"

Riku looked behinf her, "4th Seat Koari." she greeted quietly.Riku sheathed her Zanpaku-to and leapt off the rock and whent to follow the 4th Seat. "Do you know the Mission is about?" she asked walking beside her fellow Soul Reaper.

"Not yet, no. But I can't wait to do something a bit more exciting than just sitting around."
She laughed as they made their way towards the Captain Ukitake's quarters.

Upon reaching the Ugendō Quarters, Ukitake greeted them both warmly and proceeded to inform them about a sudden increase in the amount of Hollows in London, England. Their mission was to stop these Hollows from causing any trouble in the capital city.

Riku opened the Senkaimon, "At least it's not just in Karakura Town with all of the Hollows." she sighed looking to see if Koari was coming. Riku had never been to London before this would be a new world for her then it was in Karakura Town or even in the Soul Sociaty.

"Yea." chuckled Kaori, following Riku.
Following their hell butterfly guides, Kaori made her way through the Precipice World and towards the World of the Living. She too had never been to London before, so her mind was occupied with thoughts, wondering what it would be like.

The Sein kaimon opened in the World of the Living relealing the Town of London. "Well here we are. Let's hope that we can find the Hollows and get out of here." Riku said in a quiet but sirious tone. She didn't like to stay in one place for too long.

"You're so booring!" complained Kaori, doing a short little twirl as she stepped out of the senkaimon. "We could take a look around at the same time as hunting Hollows, and no one would mind!"

Riku looked around, "First should we get a Gigai?" she asked the 4th Seat. She was the type of Sould Reaper to get the missions done quickly and the right way. Her past still haunts her till this day.

"I don't plan on communicating with any of the people here, so I wouldn't have thought we'd need one." she replied whilst simultaneously scanning the area for any trace of a spiritual being.

"I don't really sense anything do you?" Riku asked trying to find any sign of a Hollow. She looked around feeling for any SP but could find nothing.

"No.." she sighed. "Captain Ukitake said that the number of hollows around here had increased, so I expected to be able to sense at least one... but.. nothing..."
She glanced around before using Shunpo to relocate to the roof of a tall building.

Riku followed Kaori to the tall building, "Could it be that there is a Soul Reaper here that the Captain didn't know about?" she asked quietly. She still could sense nothing, Or could it be that they are hiding their SP? she thought.

"I think Ukitake-taicho would have checked before sending us here. And even if there is, Captain said there had been an increase recently and I doubt one Soul Reaper would have been able to get rid of them all."
Kaori sighed but then suddenly whipped around as she detected a faint trace of Spiritual Pressure on the other side of the city.
"Lets go."

"Right." Riku said also sensing the SP while she used Flash Step to keep up with Kaori. "Where is it?" she asked when she arived at the location of the SP.

She glanced around the buildings before spotting the Hollow.
"There!" she yelled, drawing her zanpakuto and Shunpo-ing after it as it headed for Trafalgar Square.

Riku was about to leap for the Hollow when she sensed another Hollow, "Now they start popping up." she said unsure of where to go.

Kaori also detected the other Hollow, "You go after that one and i'll take care of this one! We'll regroup afterwards if there aren't anymore of them around."
With that, the fourth seat flash stepped after the first Hollow. It seemed rather weak as she leaped towards it and slashed vertically down through it with her sheathed zanpakuto, defeating it with one swift movement.

Riku used Flash Step to get to the other Hollow. It too seemed rather weak seeing as she vanquished it with a single thrust. "Something isn't right." she said to herself.

Kaori felt more Hollows nearby and swiftly defeated them, still without releasing her zanpakuto.
Why are they all so weak? she thought to herself.
It was then that she found the reason why. A stronger power had appeared near the center of the city, where neither her nor Riku were anymore.
"Crap." she thought, using Shunpo to rush back towards the center of London.
The weak Hollows had been nothing but a distraction.

Riku had been slashing Hollows left and right, "They just keep coming. What's--" she was cut short when she felt the SP of an Arrancar. She used Flash Step to get to the Arrancar's location. "I hope Kaori is ok." she said to herself.

Kaori reached the center of London and stopped in front of the Arrancar. They were stood in the sky, way above the city's buildings. Kaori hoped that this would be enough to prevent any unnecessary damage to them.

The Arrancar smiled, "I din't think you would figure it out so quickly." she said as she turned around to face her opponant. Ren Zugaikotsu was going to be prepared for this battle.

"Then you obviously have a lot to learn about Soul Reapers," she replied, holding her sealed zanpakuto in front of her with both hands and pointing it at Ren. She suddenly found herself wishing that she hadn't worn her pale blue haori on this mission, as it would most likely get damaged in this battle.
