Enter the Snake's Pit

Maria was basking underneath the Heat lamp curled up. She had been in this strange place for five years, entertaining the Two-walkers. She narrowed her eyes at the thought, They use us for thier own selfish use. she thought bitterly. The giant snake then herd a loud clunk sound signaling that there was another fight in another area. She truly wanted to go back home to the vast desert where she truly belonged.

Aresor was roaring in the area attacking the two-walkers as he pleased. His black scales shone brilliantly against the light of day, and his soulless red eyes saw every movement.

The good thing about being a snake, they could sense heat signatures. Maria could tell that something was going on outside the Arena. The Two-walker's started running outside with thier guns and several other things.

Aresor let out a terrible roar creating a huge shockwave that destroyed all wooden and glass structures nearby and made many people go deaf around him.

A loud roar came from outside, "What is goen' on?" Maria asked herself. She uncurled herself and slithered to the wall, "Dark Poison!" she shouted spitting out a dark purple liquid from her mouth. From where the venom had hit the wall it started to melt. "Now to go see what is going on." she said as she slithered through the hole.

Aresor had just closed his mouth on a man, slicing him in half from the sharpness of his fangs.

The smaller serpent of the three that happened to be present in the same location that day, kept to the shadows as she slithered through the human settlement. The six appendages on her head kept her up to date with the actions of the giant king cobra, but also followed the vibrations made by the rattlesnake as she slithered through the dusty halls.
Arashi found a break in the wall and with a quick glance left and right, she disappeared through it.
The crimson scaled serpent wove her way around the multitude of cages kept in the building. With a flick of her tongue and a quick glance, she examined the details of each one. Such human devices piqued her curiosity and she wanted to find a way to beat them.

Maria flicked her toung in and out as she caught the movment of another smake in the Two-walker's settalment. She slithered to look for the other snake. Her eyes began to glow red and the tempreture began to climb higher.

Aresor roared loudly as fire spewed from his mouth and engulfed most of the settlement, any Two-walker alive would soon be killed by the heat itself.

Arashi flicked her tongue out, sensing the change in temperature. Her bright blue eyes seemed to pale slightly as she surrounded herself with an icy aura. The crimson serpent balanced the temperatures perfectly as she attempted to keep her body at a constant heat. Like all snakes, too cold and her movements would become sluggish and slow, but too hot and it could cause neurological damage.

"Trouble is ahead." Maria muttered. She continued to look for the other snake when she ran into s few Two-walkers. Seeing the giant snake the humans began to shoot at her. Reacting quickly she rattlesnake took a dep breath and breathed fire twards the Two-walkers.

Aresor stopped his rampage a moment to adjust to the heat he just created. When he did he sensed the other two snakes and began slithering towards them, creating a large trail behind him.

Great. thought Arashi silently as she slithered amongst the bars of the cages. She could feel the other two snakes coming towards her and she didn't like the feeling. It felt like she was a piece of meat and a group of starved lions we're homing in on her.
Arashi sighed and coiled up near one of the cages, deciding to see which snake would appear first. The overly large one that appeared to be decimating the humans outside, or the fairly normal sized one that seemed to have escaped from within.

Maria watched as the Human's screams died down, "Now to find the other snake. The one outside is trouble." she said looking for the small red snake. She wasn't having much luck between the heat from the fires and the heat signature from the snake was getting hard to find.

Aresor slithered to the crack in the building where the smaller snake had hidden itself in, the crack itself was smaller than his pupil, so he relied completely on scent and heat to find the zenar inside, "Hello?"

The scarlet scaled snake didn't answer and just coiled herself tighter in the corner she hid in. She was multitasking, trying to keep an eye on the movements of the rattlesnake as well as the giant snake who was now right outside.

Maria saw the large snake right around the corner, sliding back into the shadows she started to blend in with the darkness. There is a much smaller snake in that cage. It seems the big guy can see her though. she thought trying to keep her tail from rattling.

Aresor flicked his tongue, "I don't kill other snakes unless I'm starving, which I'm not," he said trying to peer inside the building.

Arashi made a sharp hissing sound before uncoiling herself and slithering through the bars of the cage and peering at Aresor through the crack in the building's outer wall. The crimson serpent could sense the rattlesnake approaching and couldn't help but wonder why they weren't talking to each other instead.

Maria's tail began to twich back and forth quickly. She could sense more Human's coming thier way; it would seem that the three snakes would have to team up soon.

Aresor flicked his tongue and turned his head toward the two-walkers' direction. He hoisted himself up so he could be seen easily from miles away and roared loudly in triumph.

Arashi flicked her fluffy yellow tail tip before slithering out of the crack in the wall. She kept to the shadows, knowing that humans couldn't sense the vibrations and temperature as she could and would have to reply on their sight and hearing.

That guy is gonna get us killed. Maria thought. She watched the larger snake roar making it easy for the humans to find them. With a sigh she came out from the shadows and slithered a few feet away from him. She waited for the Two-walker to come as she began to curl around herself.

Aresor licked his lips, if snakes have those..., and dove into the ground.

Arashi continued to stick to the shadows. She coiled up in one of the darkest corners she could find whilst the huge king cobra zenar attacked the humans.
