Enter: Team Shenanigans!

Tank plodded towards the guild, he had a bounce to his step and his bristly tail bobbed up and down as he seemed to happily approach the building. He wasn't nervous, despite his spiky fur pointing in all directions. That was just natural for a Zigzagoon. A goofy smile covered his face as he walked forward with short legs that carried his weight, amazingly enough.

Nightshade followed the Zigzagoon. Today would be the day that she would finally register with other pokemon, as an exploration team.... and she couldn't wait! She hovered a few centimeters off of the ground, landing whenever she needed to stop for some reason or another.

Joken walked just behind Tank, doing his best to contain his laughter at how his future captain walked. He was finally going to become a rescue explorer, he could imagine all of the random items he would find.

Tank stopped, his companion Joken almost bumping into him in the process. "So uh... Uh. Nightshade, are you.. Ready to get our team Registeeled?" He blinked. "I mean, registered! Yeah!" He shook himself slightly, careful not to hit Joken with his prickly fur. "We have our team name right?" He felt hopeless talking to females these days and looked up at the sky hopeless for a moment with his mouth slanted slightly. He then glanced at his friend for help.

The Murkrow chuckled, "Yes! But you're the leader, so I don't understand why you're asking me this."
Nightshade landed as she spoke, her blue, tear shaped pendant hung loosely around her neck.

"Hahaha!!" Joken fell over laughing, "You said Registeeled! Hahaha!" he couldn't help but laugh and his legs were kicking frantically.

Tank gave Joken a sour look. He squinted his eyes at the laughing Phanpy. "Hey it was an honest mistake!" He glanced at the Murkrow again. "Er.. Right! Sorry, sorry. Let's get going then?" He turned away from the laughing Joken and gave him a sour look again. "Without laughing.." He darted to the guild quickly in embarrassment at his mess up. "Joken you're so lucky I can't use my Heabutt move and take you down!" He called out to the Phanpy behind him.

Nightshade laughed again. Hanging around with these two would certainly be a lot different to the solitary life she had lead before now.

"Aw come on! You know my head is harder than yours," Joken said, he got up and followed his two team members, "So, what do you guys want to do when we become official?"

He glanced at Nightshade who was getting amusement from their antics. He felts a happy feeling inside seeing someone smile. The lovable Zigzagoon stopped at the entrance. "We're going to get supplies and go on our first mission that's for sure!" He glanced back at the two. "I mean we are a rescue team.. We can find things!" He bounced a little on his paws at the thought, he had always enjoyed finding random objects.

"Which dungeon should we choose for our first mission?" asked Nightshade, landing next to Tank as they stopped at the entrance to the Guild.

Joken just imagened the hordes of items he could find in random dungeons, "I think we should do something easy, how about Shadowhue Forest or something? I heard there are a lot of good items there too!" he said.

His ears went back. "But I heard that was full of strong, strong pokemon..." He said with unsure feelings. 'What about Pecha Forest? I heard it's good for beginning teams." He asked the two of them.

"Pecha Forest sounds great for a first mission!" grinned the Murkrow, "Let's hope there's an interesting one posted on those bulletin boards... but oh! I shouldn't be thinking about that yet! We haven't even registered as a team!"

An Altaria fluttered out of the Guild's entrance. "Hello. What can we do for you?" she asked.

"But theres only berries there!" Joken complained, he was more interested in the items then the difficulty. When the Altaria landed in front of them he shouted, "Whoa!! Your HUGE!!"

"Oh!" Tank said, surprised by the appearance of the Altaria. "I uh.." He stared at the fluffy creature. It looked incredibly soft, but he knew Altaria's could be very strong. "We want to... Make a seam. TEAM! We want to make a team!" He said correcting himself.

Nightshade just nodded in agreement with Tank.

The Altaria chuckled, "Alright then. My name's Echo. I'm Guildmaster Keyami's right hand pokemon. Follow me!"
Echo spread her fluffy cloud-like wings and took off, leading the way into the guild building and down a flight of stairs into the area where the bulletin boards were.

"Haha you said seam!" Joken shouted and followed up with laughter. He then folled down the Echo down the stairs.

Tank made a displeased face as he went down the stairs after the friendly Altaria. "Just you wait Joken.. I'll headbutt you sooner or later.." he mumbled as they came to a room with bulletin boards filled with parchments and scraps of papers with letters, scribbles, and numbers all over them. He tipped his head to one side in curiosity.

"Almost there!" smiled the Altaria, her melodic voice giving the entire place a warm and comforting feeling, despite the many unusual and menacing looking pokemon you could find there.
Echo lead the exploration-team-to-be down another, smaller set of steps to an area where it was a lot less busy. There were only a few pokemon down here, and all were teams that had yet to graduate from the Guild.
The Altaria lead them over to a large wooden door and opened it, before ushering them in.
"This is Guildmaster Keyami's room! Now you must be courteous to our Guildmaster and try not to upset him!"

Nightshade followed the humming pokemon until the doorway, where she let Tank and Joken enter before her.

Tank plodded into the room. He glanced around at all the pink things.. So... So much.. PINK! He thought to himself. "Erm.. Excuse me? Guildmaster! We want to make a guild!" He exclaimed while bouncing on his feet, feeling a little nervous in front of the guildmaster himself.

With mouth agape in a huge yawn, the Persian surveyed the new guild members. He stretched and sat up. "Welcome to the Grassveil Guild" He purred, tail curling up in delight. "Shall we get right to it?" With that he takes a book off a shelf and grabs a feather in his maw. Strange. His mood seems rather normal today. So far that is.

Tank nodded, unsure of what to say to the Guildmaster. "Uh, my name is Tank. I'm the leader." He tilted his head at the weird sound of that. Leader huh? Well I'll try my best! "Our team name is Team Shenanigans!" He added in a more cheery tone while unsure of the Guildmaster's reaction still.

Keyami scribbled down the information with his quill. Suddenly a snap rung out in the air. The tip had broken. "FOR THE LOVE OF ARCEUS! THIS IS THE FINEST QUILL FROM THE BEST PLUMAGE OF A FREAKIN MOLTRES!!! I PAID ENOUGH TO BUY THIS WHOLE GUILD NINE TIMES FOR THIS STUPID QUILL!!" With fire leaping out of his gaze, Keyami roared and rioted around his room.

"Guildmaster! I will buy you a new Moltres quill.... or maybe even an Articuno feather one instead! Just please, calm down and use a normal one to get this over and done with!"
Echo fluttered over to Keyami, trying to get him to calm down.

Nightshade had heard rumors about the Guildmaster's.... eccentric... personality, but she hadn't imagined anything like this.
