Ryan got off the train and onto the station that was being filled by other kids his age. He needed to talk to somebody, he was alone in his room for the train ride and was human contact deprived. Even though he should have been excited about finally starting at Pandora Academy, he had dreamt about the day for so long it felt like nothing once it had finally arrived. So now he was looking for people to become friends with, he would need some if these were the people he would be living with for the next 5 years of his life.

Layla wrinkled her nose in annoyance at how slow she was compared to her companion. She almost bumped into Jason. She backed up slightly with a "Whoops." and noticed Ryan's introduction. "I.. Am Layla. Hello Ryan! I hope you can be my mi- friend! I hope you can be my friend, yes!" She smiled, despite the darkness and nodded. "You seem like a nice person." Nodding she followed the two, forgetting she was supposed to be in the lead. "So why do you think he decided to do that?"

"Nice to meet you Layla, and who knows," Ryan said, "My dad knew the headmaster, he liked to pull pranks a lot." A light became visible a little bit away, "Hey is that the exit?" Ryan asked.

"Same here!" Pyrin grinned, thoughts of learning to do extraordinary things flashing through her head. "Quick! Let's get there first!" she picked up her pace

"Alright!!" grinned Jay, picking up her own pace as they got closer to the main building.

"Only one way to find out, well actually there's not, but only one way I'm trying." He spun back around and started towards the light he pointed out at a decent pace.

"Alright lets go," Ryan followed so that he wouldn't be left behind. The headmaster came up on the exit of the tunnel first, he then spun around and held out his arms, "Welcome! To Pandora Academy!" he said. "You all must attend the orientation meeting in the main building. Just follow this main path and you will find youself right on its doors. I shall see you all there." he then vanished in another flash of light. "What is it with him and flashes of light?" Ryan asked.

Jay shrugged at the flashy disappearance and continued on her way towards the main building. She couldn't wait to get through the orientation and look around a bit more!

Layla felt some excitement welling up in her as she followed Jason and Ryan quickly trying to keep up with their strides. "How.. Exciting." She said nervously after he mentioned Orientation. "Hopefully there will be no more tricks." She mused as she followed the two. She debated on stepping ahead of them, but with their long strides it was hard to keep up with them. "I hope we'll get something to eat soon.. I'm getting kind of hungry..." She mumbled under her breath.

Jason laughed at that but still agreed with her. He kept his decent pace to get through the crowd. But still slowed just a little cause she didn't seem to be the best keeper upper.

Pyrin plodded along, rhythmic clicking noises occurring due to the boots she was wearing. Making her way into a room with high ceilings, the red haired girl looked on, wide eyed.
(Ahahah... Fast walker? XDD I didn't feel like making another post of aimlessly walking)

Ryan followed everyone else into the large hall. "Wow, this plage is huge." he said. The headmaster was in the back sitting at a large tabel with all of the other teachers from the academy. He stood up and held his arms out, "Welcome! To the Hall of Ancients!((Totally came up with that name like 2 seconds before typing it XD)) This is where you all will be placed into your respective Dorm buildings! But, first you must catch the feather that is yours!" he hit the bottom of his staff on the ground and feathers of four different colors, blue, green, white, and yellow, all started falling to the ground. "How are we supposed to know which one is ours?" Ryan shouted, he then realized that there was one red feather amongst all the other colors. Wait, are we gong for the red ones? he thought to himself, and started making his way towards the red feather.

OoC: Everyone find your own red feather and go for it!

Layla stared up at the feathers in confusion. The different colors fluttered and danced playfully through the air as if they were alive and she quickly scanned through all of the feathers for something, anything, special about one of them. Layla noticed a bright red feather amongst the others. She quickly made her way over to it while brushes the occasional feather out of her face. She jumped up to try and grab it, but it slipped from her grasp. She tried to grasp it again but the dancing feather was a bit too far out of her reach still. She followed after it, barely paying attention to where she stepped again.

Jason noticed the others going after the bright red feathers so he followed what they did. He zoned one out after a few seconds and went for it blowing feathers out of his way with flicks of his hand. He reached out but it fluttered away.

With a blink of angry confusion, Pyrin gazed about the room, not in any kind of hurry. She noticed that a bright red feather stood out from the rest. It intrigued her. Red was her favorite color after all. She decided to walk after the fluttering plumage. "C'mere ya feather" she grumbled as the soft object made contact with her hand but slipped through her fingers. With a lunge worthy of a wild cat, Pyrin caught the feather, it's struggle stopping instantly as she held it between her hands. The feather suddenly dazzled A light shade of azure.

Jay watched all the feathers and realized there was only one red one among the other colours. Using her initiative, she went after it, leaping up and grabbing it before it could blow away from her. As her fingers wrapped around the delicate object, it turned pale blue instead of its crimson red from before.

Ryan had finally reached his feather, it was floating just above his head. He then reached up and grabbed it, as soon as he did it turned into a similar shade of blue as the other feathers. He looked around and people were holding feathers of all the different colors.

OoC: Everyone catch your feather and have it turn blue as well, this is how we are being assigned our Dorm buildings. We are all going to have blue so that we all know someone in that building.

Layla finally caught the feather and let out an "Ahah!" of victory. Only to see it had turned blue in her hands. "Why did it turn blue? What does that mean?" She glanced around at the other students who had caught their feathers as well and noticed Ryan. "Hey, what color is your feather?" She called out and swatted a feather away with her hand. "I'm starting to hate feathers." She muttered.

It only took a few more tries for Jason to get a hold on the feather. He grabbed it with both hands like it was going to somehow escape. Then it faded to blue. The blew away another feather that was nearing him.

"Mine's blue too" Ryan said, he spotted Jasons a little bit away, "And so is Jason's." he finished. "I wonder what these have to do with anything," he thought to himself. Just then the last of the feathers had been caught by all the other new students. The headmaster then said, "The color of your feather represents the dorm building you will be living in. Blue is the House of Merlin, Green is the House of Flamel, White is the House of Morgan, and Yellow is the House of Percy. You may all head to your respective dorms, and prepare for classes which start tomorrow. Supper will be served in Equilibrium Hall just north of here." he said, "Oh! and one more thing! Welcome to Pandora Academy." the headmaster then his staff on the ground again and in a big flash of light all of the faculty was gone. "Seriously! What is it with him and flashes of light!?" Ryan shouted.

OoC: Almost done folks just keep it moving

Jay smiled, House of Merlin huh?
Well at least it seemed that Pyrin was in the same house as her, so she'd have some one to talk to at least.

Jason looked over and saw that his new friends also seemed to have gotten blue feathers. House of Merlin.... he thought, I can live with that.

"Wahoo!" Pyrin yelled, aiming a highfive at Jay. "House of Merlin here i come!" a crooked grin spread across her face. "C'mon c'mon let's go!" Pyrin was extremely hyped up and ready to go, eyes ablaze with excitement.

Layla clenched the feather in her hands, ruining the pretty blue plumage by accident. "Ohhh.. So we're all together then! Excellent! Just like I had.. Thought." She said and cut off as she held her stomach. Ugh so hungry... Layla thought with a miserable expression for a moment. "A-anyways! Let's go!" Layla said while turning in a random direction. "I wonder who's going to clean up this mess?" She commented as she stared at the scattered and rejected feathers.

The door to the hall creaked opened and another student walked in he was dress in a red hoodie old fashion headphones were wrapped at his neck. He looked out to the hall even thou he could see nothing. A single last feather floated down and he reached out his hand and it fell into it and the deep red turned a cold blue. "Guess I'm in Merlin." He said half to himself pocketing the feather and walking calmly and coolly to the other a slow pace. " Hey I'm Zach nice to meet you all." He announced to all of the Merlin dorm students.

Jay returned Pyrin's high-five with a wide grin, the now blue feather was clutched in her other hand. "Awesome! But we don't know the way...."
