Catching a Spriggan

Amura packed up the carradge waiting for them outside WinterHold. She held the small bottle of very potent paralyze potion. She knew well they would have to take precautions to keep it alive the whole ride, but it shouldn't be too hard. She also packed some food and drink. After she situated the cart she turned around waiting for her partner on this, Kary.

Kary fluently picked up dirt and put it in bag, like it was one motion." Oh I see your your back already, did you get the water you wanted". She said felling the entire mission was acomplished. " Well what are we going to do with the dirt and water?" Kary said in a lost voice.

"Spriggans need things to survive just like us. And this," She looked at the water and gestured to the dirt. "Is what they need." Then Amura set the bucket down and grabbed the legs of the Spriggan. "You get the..." She was about to say arms but it had its arms at its side paralyzed tight. "Shoulders?"

"Whatever you say boss." Kary said with joy ready for more action. She picked the spriggans' sholders' up and started to walk." You know what, this was a little easier than I tought it would be." Kary said thinking Amura thought the same thing as she did.

"The real trouble hasn't even begung." She informed Kary. "We can't always study it while its paralyzed. We need to earn its trust so it doesn't...well kill us on sight." She admitted saying that part a bit more quietly. They neared the cart.

Kary gentaly put the paralized spriggan in the back of the cart."Wow for a thing made of twigs and sticks it wheighs alot." She said with no breath to speak" any ways it is smooth sailing for the ride home." Kary said relaxed.

"Lets hope..." They boarded the cart. "Oh wait!" She jumped out and then returned with the water and dirt. "We almost forgot these." She huffed embarrased. Placing them on either side of the spriggan she got on and they started riding.

Kary had slept like a druged spriggan for about five hours of the ride, when they hit a bump she had suddenly woke up."Well that was a plesant awakening" She said with much sarcasme implide.

Amura sat bags under her eyes staring at nothing but the bland forest rolling by. "Alright!" She shoved the bottle and pin at her. "Your turn! Prick her with some every hour or so." Then she was out fast.

many hours past an each hour she pricked the spriggan with the potion. I have never been so tired in my entire life." Kary sayed to herself as she yawned louder than a trolls battle cry before a brawl with a giant.

Amura sat up still tired. It was not the best place to sleep believe it or not, on a hard wood bumpy carradge. "I-I'll take it." She studdered blinking from the setting sun. She held out her hands for the prick and the potion. The Spriggan actually appeared asleep. Its glow was much less vibrant.

Kary had fell asleep in no time at no time at all and five hours later she woke up, and five hours after that she woke and Amura fell asleep and this kept happening for the next two days until they reached the college of winterhold.

Amura was aleep when they arrived. "UGH finally." She groaned and stretched her extremly stiff arms and legs. She hopped out of the cart. The dirt was copletely gone and the water barely was a puddle. "Help me...Help me get this." She muttered as she took the feet.

Once again Kary wiped her eyes and grabed the shoulders' and lifted the spriggan and walked. "Well were do we put this thing? Kary said thinking they would need to find a place on the spot. forgeting that they had a spot in the midden.

"Midden." She answered bluntly. They carried it to the college, which attracted some looks. They quickly got it into the room. The mages did a great job setting up the place. An actual tree was planted up in the middle. Brush and leaves littered around, even dirt. Everything it needed rapped up in a huge cage. They opened the door and set her down. "Get out get out!" Amura rushed Kary and herself out. They'd run out of potion a while ago on the journey and it was slowly glowing more and more brightly.

Kary rushed out of the cage."Well what do we do now, can we communicate with it somehow or someway." She said with a now calmed voice now that they were out of the cage and safe.

"Of course not." She said like it was obvious. "We need to figure out how SHE talks." Like it was that simple. "Oh she's waking!" Amura exclaimed excitment revalent. The Spriggans hands slowly flexed moving for the first time in three days. It sat up eearily human like, the moving even to blinking. It looked at them with a confused expression, then fell looked at the tree. It stood up and approached the trunk feeling it.

Kary was amazed at the site of this."Wow I can't belive it,it isn't mentally scared from that much paralizing potion." She said following with a giggle thinking she was funny again for the one billionth time.

Amura didn't hear her(luckily) or she would've given an explanation. She was way too absored in watching. Then the Spriggan pushed up against the tree and disapeared into it. "Oh woah...." She muttered to herself. Then it remerged from the tree glowing again. It was looking at them curiously now.

Kary was not interested, she was scared of it. She thought that it was going to do something odd that would hurt them. So then she hid behind Amura thinking of useing her as a human sheild.

Kary was suprisingly smart to do that. It put its hands out in front of it and an unknown type of magic starting to sting Amura. "Ah!" She screamed falling back and slamming the door in front of them. "Oooooooow...." She said hugging herself. The magic didn't cause any physical damage, it caused pain though.

Kary came to her at the ground."Are you ok." She said in deathly fear of somthing else happening to anybody."Well we need to make a way so that it will not attack us. Or try and hurt us." She said in a somewhat scared voice.

"It-it's okay.." Amura pulled her arm trying to get the ache out of it. "She only just woke. I'm sure she'll melow out soon. Or..." Then her eyes fell down to the sword at her side. "This?" She undid the sheathe and put the weapon down.

Do you mean if it gose roge we kill it. But all of our hard work their must be a differnt way instead of just leting it melow out.lets maby study it from a far or make it comfterbal around us.

"Thats not what I meant! What if weapons provoke her?" Amura suggested. It might've been worth a shot. If she had better protection this time....

"Oh I guess that may be right what else should we do to see if it is a live wire to anything else like specieal people. or specieal fabricks." She said in a way that is somewhat odd.
