Eevee, sorry to tell you but an eevee does not learn Moonlight until they evolve into an Umbreon. xD Also I'm not sure on the random coloring. You'd had have to have a really good reason for it. And you can always put them in the fusion/fakemon RP that is also on this site too. c8
