| Volt Tackle is an Egg Move for Pichu, so we can just say he learned it when he evolved from Pichu. Yeah, and Flash Cannon can't be learned. Also, can you level him down to 34 or lower? Josie's the leader, so she's gotta be a higher level. I think. XD LOL | |

| Okay I edited. Nate is now level 26 and knows thunderwave instead of flash cannon. Sorry about that, that should of been obvious to me that I couldn't know flash cannon and the level thing. | |
