Trees, Feathers, and Fire

Falco swooped down from the sky where he had been flying and landed inthe mouth of Shadowhue Forest. He had come to scope out the area, as it was one he was not totaly familiar with and he wanted to able to have some idea of what he was doing if he ever needed to go there.

Kurotaiyou was waundering through this shadowy forest. Man it sure is dark here. she thought as she sent out a tiny Ember.

Falco got lower to the ground to avoid smashing into the treetops. "It's a good thing I'm not a huge bird pokemon, or I would be having some serious problems." he thought to himself. He noticed a small light up ahead and flew twoards it, wondering what it could be. He couldn't make anything ou when all of a sudden he felt the painful sensation of a bird and he smelled singed feather as he lost his balance and control and plowed into the ground below him.

Kurotaiyou stopped using her Ember when she herd something crash into the ground. She ran to the direction of the sound to see what it was.
