The temptation to make this rp was too great!! I just had to! XD~~~
OH, one point before I get started; You should probably have either read or watched Fullmetal Alchemist[If you're watching, preferably watch Brotherhood] because the stuff that goes on can be pretty complex, and I know how confused I used to be when I knew nothing about FMA XDD

Anyyyhoww.. at the moment, there isn't any specific plotline. I'm gonna let you guys be yourself for a while... give you a chance to introduce your characters, and make alliances, friends... ect. Buut, if anyone has a super-dooper-epicly-awesome plotline they want to put forward, PM me!! Very Happy

So.... I'll get to the template in a sec.. and I think I might keep updating this post with news about the plotline that has yet to be created... and other things :3

Appearance:A dark skinned woman with surprisingly blue eyes. She has long black hair, but it is tied up into a messy bun. She wears a dark blue trench coat with black pants and shoes. When out on spying missions, she wears a black suit that covers her entire body except for her face area. She carries her sword on her back at all times.
Skills:Swordsmam- she can elegantly slice things apart.
Marksman- When on normal duties she is equipped with a pistol with which she uses with good aim.
Agile- Cloud is swift and quick, therefore making her a hard target.
Personality:Cloud is quiet and serious. But if you finally provoke her into conversation, she might end up talking all day long. She has a thing for men with mysterious looks, and can sometimes be a bit of a stalker.
History:Sherri grew up with her mother and father. Both of her parents has to endure the Ishvalan(however yoy spell it XD) war which her father soon died after from injuries. After her father's death, Sherri left her mother to become an army dog. She was young, but still very talented.
Personal Goals:Make new friends;protect the fuher; Learn all she can
Other:Sherri believes tht alchemy started the Ishwhatever war and therefore despises alchemy and alchemists alike.

Appearance: Blond spiky hair. His skin is normal, not too pale not too dark. He wears simple t-shirts of varying colors that have no design on them. He also wears simple blue jeans.
Skills: Alchemy and weaponry. Give him a weapon, he can use it like a master.
Personality: Care-free and partly lazy. When he is training the troops he gets serious.
History: Him and his sister, (they are twins) always studied alchemy when they were kids. Their parents had the same job as Adam does now, and died when him and sister were just 13 years old. His sister tried to revive the both of them with alchemy, she lost both of her arms but gained the ability to use alchemy without a circle, she now invents things for the military. Once his parents died, Adam became in charge of His family estate(rivals that of the Armstrong's) as well as their business. Shockingly enough, he didn't drive it to the ground. He now works with the military as a mercenary, physical trainer of most state alchemists, and makes specialized weapons for the soldiers.
Personal Goals: To have fun and make the ultimate weapon
Other: Unofficial Title -- The Blacksmith
His family has worked with the military since basically it's founding, so he has a pass to everywhere in most military facilities.
His alchemy is all about weapons, he starts out with a broadsword that has small alchemy symbols going up the blade, if he places his right palm over any of them, then it will change shape to a different weapon. Each weapon other than the broadsword will have two signs, one to a different weapon, the other back to the broadsword. His battle style changes with every weapon that he uses. The only weapon he doesn't have in his arsenal is a gun, mainly because the bullets take up more energy and metal. He can still use guns very well, he just can't turn his sword into one.

Cherry, all looks fine apart from your character's name. Riza is Hawkeye's name.
Oh and I think it was called the Ishval Civil War :3

Axi, your character wouldn't really have a title unless they were properly part of the military.... like a State Alchemist or summin, unless it was like.. a title he gave himself. And if you plan on rping his sister, you still need to make a bio for her. (The character limit atm is 2)

Appearance: A fair-skinned, tall young girl with brown layered hair and bangs. Shizu has amber eyes and normally wears a flowy shirt with a charcoal sweater and black skinny jeans. She wears a ring on each hand with a tiny transmutation circle in it, enabling her to use alchemy without having to draw a new circle each time.
Skills: Alchemy. Err nothing else really XD
Personality: A sweet girl to those she trusts and is friends with, but a ruthless adversary, not someone pleasant to go to battle with. She has a bit of a quirk: She cannot stand anything that is perfect. For example, A picture frame straight on a wall. She'd make it crooked.
History: Shizu was once a happy child, the one with the perfect family, the one everyone envied. Two perfect parents and two perfect sisters. And being quite beautiful herself, along with her attitude and grades, Shizu was most definitely the perfect child. One day this all came crashing to a halt. Just a few words was all it took. 'Mother? Father? Why..Why are we the perfect ones? What makes us perfect?' Her parents always smiling faces dropped. They were furious. They threw things at the young girl, screeching and becoming angry for no reason. None that the brown haired girl could find anyway. She ran from the house, leaving her perfect house, perfect sisters, perfect life. She ended up on the door step of an alchemist who taught her alchemy once she was old enough. Always scarred by her parents, Shizu constantly searches for a way to free herself of that life, always making things less perfect then they were before.

Skills: Great Marksman, Alchemy.
Personality: Similar to that of Adam, but a little more serious and he is actually loyal to the military. Very cocky when it comes to his marksmanship
History: Was raised by a wealthy family, he decided to join the military as an alchemist to actually do something with his life. He and Adam Oarman knew each other since they were kids. He was there for Adam and his sister when their parents died. Mason's gun was made by Adam so it has alchemy abilities. He assits Adam in training of the troops, and is also good friends with Roy Mustang.
Personal Goals: Use Adam's ultimate weapon, and help Roy Mustang become Fuhrer.
Other: So, his weapon is either one, or two guns. They are the same thing, the one gun has an alchemy symbol that can change it into two different pistols, and when the pistols come together they turn into the one large gun. There are four different circles that can be applied to the bullets as they are shot. One, increases their speed, one increases their power (Like bullets need that), another makes them explode on impact, and the fouth... yea I am still working on that one. The one large gun can use all four circles, while each pistol can only use two of them.

She wears a slate-colored skirt that is about two inches above her knee, and she wears a blouse with sleeves that go down to her elbows.
Skills- A little Alchemy at first, then she slowly grows more powerful as she continiues to travel and regain her memories.
Personality- She is very hard-working and kind, and an all-around positive person, but she also has a very serious nature.
History- Her story is sort of like that of the bamboo cutter and the moon princess from japanese mythology. She was originally from the moon tribe but turned up on Earth one day unnexpectedly and unexplainably, as she lost all her memories from before she woke up for the first time on earth. She gets bits and peices of her memories back as she travels though, and has made it her life's duty to recollect all her lost memories and knowlage from her home in the moon tribe.
Personal Goals- Lorelei's main goal is to gather all her memories and knowlage from her past life in order to help her friends, fight her enemies, and to maybe one day learn how to return to her home realm on the moon, although that isn't really her main goal.
Other- She has a sword dubbed "Discord's Bane" which was with her when she woke up. Peculiarly, she is the only one who can use it.

This is what Discord's Bane looks like, only there are some symbols from the moon tribe on the blade. She wears it strapped to her back instead of at her hip so that it doesn't limit her movement.
Lorelei also has a flute from the moon tribe that has markings of the moon tribe on it.

History: Nazumi was created in a lab in her Father's Basment. Before becomeing a Chimera she was a normal girl that lived close to the ocean untill she was in a terrable acident leaving herin a coma at Nine years old. Her mother and Father were destrought. Her Father had their Daughter bedridden in the home. A few months later he found a Beached Kiler Whale, cut off it's Flipper's and brought them down into the basement. Nazumi's mother had been woundering what he was up too but thought nothing off it any further. She soon found out what her Husband was up too after she went to on her daughter only to see that was not in her bed. In the distance a storm was comming closer to the home.

Nazumi heard muffled voices while she was on the floor, it sounded like her parents argueing. She slowly opened her eyes seeing her mother carrying some traveling bags closing the basment door looking at her with tears in her eyes. Nazumi tried to speak but she found that she couldn't speak. Her Father had relized what he had done so he tried to kill Nazumi. Nazumi's eyes widened in shock as she saw her father loading a handgun; outside the waves were getting bigger and stronger. Just as her Father was about to shoot a giant wave crashed through the whole house. The water had swepped the young girl and her Father away. Now four years have passed Nazumi was no where to be found. The 13 year old was now in hiding.
Personal Goals: To kill her Father for turning her into a monster and to find her mother.
Other: Nazumi can talk to Sea animals, she likes the rain, and she has to drink alot of water. When Nazumi is in the water her arms turn into killer Whale Flippers, she also grows a Whale's tail, and her teeth become sharp.

A human chimera cant be made from dead creatures, human and animal alike. Once a soul is lost after death you can never get it back. Also, the only animal you'd be able to talk to would be the one you're merged with.. cause it wouldn't make sense for a whale/human chimera to understand say a dog or cat.
