In this world of Naruto set before shippuden there are no original characters, instead you can craft the story although the akatsuki are still in it just with different members, there will be different villains and a totally different story

I guess i'll start this up then

Name- Kaira Raizen
Appearance- In hokage attire most of the time, has long wild white hair and is tall.
Age- 29
Village- Village of the leaf
History- Younger brother on the past hokage, the past hokage was killed by one of the seven swordsman of the mist so Kaira took revenge and killed him, taking the sword as a prize and became hokage.

Jutsu's- Has somehow learned the hidden mists hiding in the mist techique, uses Wind jutsu, Fire jutsu and Water Jutsu and Earth Jutsu. Can summon tigers and the great king Zero tiger. Amazing genjutsu
Bloodline Limit-
Weapon/tools- His main use of offence is one of the seven swords of the mist, Kubikiribōchō(Executioners Blade. The blade itself has two cut outs, a circle close to the top and a semi-circular one nearer the handle, that aptly fit the sword's purpose of decapitationThe latter notch allows a strap to be wrapped around the weapon, making it easier for the user to carry. Its extremely long handle is also detachable to further aid transportation and then reattached when required for combat. Like the other weapons employed by the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, the sword possesses a unique power, this being its ability to reform itself using the iron harvested from the blood of its victims. History-Kaishe's mother died giving birth to him she was a very frail woman she was spunky and tried not to be a burden to others as she was a very sickly person. Soon after that his father disappeared leaving him and his brother. His brother was more of a father figure then anyone else Kaishe was always with him and his brother taught him how to be a ninja and worked to put him into ninja school, Kaishe was always grateful to him. His brother was always forgiving of Kaishe as he often felt neglected and burden himself so he often tried to not eat so His brother could have a more comfortable life. But he kept Kaishe in good health and happy on the day of his graduation to genin, his brother was murdered and Kaishe was completely and utterly crushed he had found him in some bad ally unworthy of being the final place he was alive in. Kaishe took his pendant from him and left the villages deciding this world was unworthy of having his brother in it and he would change it!

Bloodline limit (Clan ability)- unlike other clan bloodline limits which give a whole other type of jutsu his only gives one single jutsu, linking style: dimension scapegoat, this is basically what it sounds like it is a scapegoat for the entire dimension what happens is when he uses this jutsu his pendant becomes the core of everything and becomes the dimension core and the world it's self becomes a scapegoat no longer meaning anything and everything that happens in the world no longer takes effect if you kill someone they don't die if you cut off your arm you can just grab it and touch it to your numb and it'll zip back on, but if the pendant is damaged everything as we know it falls apart this jutsu can only be preformed with something of immense meaning to the caster to the point they would rather die then lose the item in this case the pendant.
Weapons/tools- summoning scroll, shuriken, kunia, ninjato(only uses it sometimes) and a pendant he wears around his neck.

Appearence: She wears the cloak of the Akatsuki and has long, pink hair down to her knees.

Bloodline Limit (Clan Ability): Self-Hydrozation. She can turn into(control?) water.
Weapons: Shuriken, Kunai, a blue transparent scarf that can turn into a very long katana. It has a normal hilt, but the sword itself is a silvery-blue color.
Other: Ren is very calm, collected, and dedicated to her cause. She is extremly smart and a great actor when she needs to be. She is also very cunning and witty. Most people would even call her "heartless".

History- after seeing kaishe buy up land from the lords of her country for large amounts of money she was enraged and swore to stop this before it could go on any further. She was very excelled in silent work of assianation and went on her way sneaking into the village of the sand unaware that by leaving her village she had labeled herself a rouge. She entered in and attempted to kill kaishe after locating him she slipped into his home and went to kill him in his sleep. But he had stopped her easily and disarmed her and left her hopelessly under his mercy at which he let her go. She came back and tried again and got the same result, and again and again and again ect. She tried again after a complete year of attempts and was able to just barely scratched him at which point kaishe offered her a place in his company and she gladly accepted with the idea she could somehow find his weakness and defeat him.

History-He's always been very different liking taijutsu he went into developing his close range and hardening his body thou his technic differs from others where as there move are more flowing and arty Yousuke preferred boxing taking hits and dishing them out instead of worrying about fancy moves.

Jutsu's-fire, Charka armor type he has not developed it enough to encase himself in armor but he can form a gauntlet on one hand and an element can be added to the armor to make it more efficent.
Bloodline limit (Clan ability)-impact style- basically he can take a hit in the palm of his hand he stores that energy and can blast it back out at the opponent at close range when placing his palm on them. He can store two charges one in each palm he has not mastered the power enough to be able to mulitply the power.

History- He grew up in Konoha his entire life. When he was a genin his sensei was the soon to be Hokage. As he assended the ranks he increased his relationships with his many summons, and is now a summoning expert in the Leaf. He decided to become a teacher to help train the future of Konoha.
Rank- Jonin
Jutsu's- Summononing Jutsu, he has Hawk, Tiger, Monkey, and Turtle Summons. His two chakra types are Fire and Earth. He has a few jutsu primarily for combo attacks with his summons. He also knows the fighting styles of all his summons so his fighting style varies with each summon.
Bloodline limit- None
Weapons/tools- Standard Shinobi tools(Kunai, Shuriken, Smoke Bombs, etc.), and he has a sword that he commonly uses.
Other- He will be the genin team captain. Not sure what his first test for them will be. XD

Weapons/tools- Kakusareta: A mediocre sized puppet with long dark hair and 4 arms, the arms have senbon hidden in them, its chest can launch chains which attach the target onto them and then slices the enemy up, it's right high arm can open up to a spinning demon shuriken and its left lower arm and mouth have poison gas inside, it is also rather chubby and wears a dark hood and cloak. Also has a metal scorpion like tail

History: He has always wanted to be a ninja, and had learned to use Fire Style Jutsu at the age of 10. He's also good with ninja weapons and scrolls, but not overly proficient (good enough aim). Once when trying out a jutsu he came across, (summoning jutsu), he accidentally summoned up a white kitten, who introduced herself as Kami, after a misunderstanding which involved tearing him and scratching him to bits. Since then, they've been inseparable, and he's summoned her whenever he needed help, or just needed someone to talk to.
