A young looking girl sat on the grass with her knees tucked in and her arms curled around them. She looked in her teens, but in reality, she was much, much older than that. She was waiting. Her long black hair blowing in the breeze. The girl's pale blue eyes stared at the ground as she awaited the familiar noise of the most amazing machine in the universe. The girl was wearing a fairly pretty, pale blue dress and black leggings. She looked up as she was approached by another female.

[ignore the PM i sent you on EOTF Spark, I decided it would be easier, and make more sense if we had already regenerated, before all of this happened. either that or we havent regenerated at all xDD]
[And the dress would probably be like, this colour]

"Woah" Time whispered,her eyes glimmering. A huge castle stood before them,people milling about in a town not afar away. "The people. They look scared. DO you think somethings wrong!?" Time asked,her instincts telling her to investigate, remembering that she put her sonic screwdriver in the belt loops of her pants.

"The castle is amazing!" admitted Raven as she stepped out of the TARDIS, "I wonder what time this is." She carried her own sonic screwdriver in her hands.
Raven glanced at the people, noticing their terrified looks. "Lets go and find out!" she replied, tucking the screwdriver into a tiny pocket in her dress. Like most of the Timelord technology, it was bigger on the inside. Perfect for someone who hardly wore anything with normal pockets.

Time stepped out as well. "Excuse me? Whats wrong?" (you get to explain that one XD) She asked a woman passing by. The woman whimpered and raced off. "Okay... Whats wrong with everyone?" she asked time after time,finally coming to a little boy who looked traumitized

The little boy tried to run away. He was scared of these two new females. But he tripped.
Raven walked up to him and helped him to his feet. "We mean no harm," she said soothingly, "Tell us what is going on, and we may be able to help."

The boy looked hesitant for a second, but then opened his mouth slowly. "The castle.... Its under attack... " he stopped.
"Attack? By who?"
"Not who... what.." he replied quietly, "We don't know what they are."

Raven looked towards the castle. Now that she looked at it, there were odd flying things hovering around the castle walls.

"We'll deal with that later," Raven said, pointing the flying creatures out to Time, "But for now, we have to get these people to a safe place." She held her hand out for the boy, "Come with us. Do you have any parents?"

Time nodded at her sister. "Yes come along" she escorted the boy towards the crowd of people,dropping his hand and leaping onto a cart filled with wooden boxes. She stood atop the boxes and shouted "Everyone! Listen! The Castle is under attack and we must get you all to a safe place. You will follow me and my sister Raven's orders and you will live."
"Why should we listen to you! You're only a teenager!" a voice jeered from the crowd.
"Because i am a Time Lord and can any of you think of what to do?" Time retorted.
As the crowd went silent she nodded. "Then listen up. We cant run away from to castle or toward it. We cant go up. So we go down!" Time called,leaping off of the cart and pacing,tapping her sonic screwdriver to her cheek. "But how to go down..." She mumbled to her self,her mind racing

(LOL The first thing i thought of then was the Stonehenge scene XD)

The boy, whose name was Colin, held Raven's hand tightly, and explained that his father had been killed and his mother was probably still in the castle, as she worked as a servant there. Raven listened to Time then looked at the boy. There was something in his eyes that told her, that he knew a solution.
"What are you thinking?" asked the raven-haired Timelord.
Colin explained that he had once been down to the water vaults, beneath the castle, and that there was an extensive network of tunnels and caverns. His mother had once told him that one of these such tunnels, lead out into the forest that surrounded the city.
"Time!! Colin has a solution!" she leaped up onto the cart and helped Colin up after.
"Colin says that there are a network of tunnels underneath the city, and we can access them through the water vaults. One of these tunnels will lead us out. We should be able to leave without alerting those creatures."

"Great work Colin!" Time grinned. "Oh My names The Time Keeper by the way" she said,shaking the little boys hand. "Now lets go! Small groups at a time so as not to alert the creatures." she made small groups wit the help of her sister. Now group one follow me and Raven. Colin was included with group one along with many other small children and babies. "Now be quiet and act normal" time nodded,leading the group along with her sister

"Im Raven" she explained to the crowd, before they all left off, "Well technically The Raven, but I prefer, just Raven, thanks." She leaped off of the cart and followed her twin. She kept hold of Colin's hand as she felt that it was her responsibility to protect him now.
"I'll bring up the rear with Colin," replied Raven, "See you on the other side."

Colin smiled and happily followed Raven to the back of the line, his bright green eyes were not as scared and terrified as they had been when they had first found him.

Time creeped around the back of the castle,the screeches of the creatures above piercing her eardrums. Seeing a shallow hole she peered in and saw that it was being blocked by a slab of metal. She pulled out her sonic screwdriver after a hard tug on the metal. Holding down the button(lol im pretty sure its a button) the green light glowed and she pried open the metal door with ease. "Alright everyone in first" she ushered mothers and babies into the hole,hoping nothing was down there. "Should i have checked it out first?" she asked Raven as everyone had gone in except Colin

"I'll go and check it out, and i'll try and find the way through by using Colin's mother's description. You should go and get the others."
Raven lead Colin into the tunnels and asked the front of the crowd if everything was clear ahead. Its wasn't too long until they reached a cavern. In the cavern, there was what appeared to be an underground lake. This body of water, joined up with the well in the lower part of the city.
The Timelord turned to Colin as she realised that ahead of this cavern, there were two tunnels. "Which one do we take?"
The boy ran his hand through his black hair as he racked his brain for anything that might give a clue to which direction they should take. After a while, he pointed to the one on the right. "Mother said that one lead to the forest outside the city, and the other lead to a second cavern. The left one turns straight back into the city, so it must be the one on the right."

Raven admired his common sense. Most other people would have just guessed. She ushered the crowd of youngsters through the right-hand tunnel. stopping briefly to scratch an arrow on the wall to point Time in the right direction.

It was a long walk through the rest of the tunnel. When Colin and Raven reached the outside, the group of people were sat waiting on the edge of the forest.

Whilst Raven was figuring all of this out Time had already ushered three other groups into the whole,leaving 4 more. "Next group,quickly!" she whispered,waving her hand in a 'come here' signal. She glanced up at the sky,her body language portraying someone calm and knowing what they're doing but inside she really had no idea.

Raven stood at the other end of the tunnel. She knew she would have to go ahead and scout around. If this was medieval times, as she suspected, there could be bandits in the forest and she didn't want to put the people in danger. She fetched a young man from the crowd and asked him to direct everyone to where the crowd was gathering.

Raven looked at Colin, "I'm going to leave you here while I go and scout out the area ahead. There may be bandits or vicious creatures in the forest and I don't want to put you in danger. Do you know anyone in the crowd?"

Colin looked around and then pointed to a young woman with curly brown hair and a warm smile. "She's one of our neighbors, her name is Teira."
"Okay, I'll leave you with Tiera. I wont be long."

Raven and Colin rushed over to Teira and the Timelord explained that she was going to go and scout ahead. Colin smiled and sat on a rock to await Raven's return.

The Timelord couldn't help but chuckle as she made her way through the growing crowd. She was in medieval times, wearing leggings and a pale blue dress. She would have to get a hooded cloak at some point, otherwise someone was bound to comment about it. But then again Time was wearing jeans.
Raven stopped as she noticed a young woman near the edge of the crowd. She was wearing a long, deep blue hooded cloak that tied together around the neck and looked like a cape. Perfect. She approached the woman and asked if she could borrow it. The woman, unexpectedly, readily agreed.

raven put the cloak on and pulled the hood around her fact. She walked stealthily through the forest, keeping an eye out for the gleam of weapons and keeping her ears alert for any cracking twigs.

As the last of the groups swept past time she began to feel self conscious about her attire. She knew she wasn't fitting in but since when did she care what people thought?. Just when the last person went down the hole a loud screech was heard from above,one of the creatures diving down,claws out stretched. TIme dashed down the tunnel,moving the metal door and sonicing it shut. "Go go go go go!" Time yelled,pushing the people down the tunnels. She cast her glance back towards the metal slap,hearing a loud banging and seeing the dented slab that was the only barrier between the towns folk and the beasts. "Oh Raven you'd better have things sorted out" Time whispered,catching sight of a light at the end of the pathway. "Hurry everyone we dont have much time" Time(lol) spoke up,pushing the group ever forward

Raven continued to walk, almost silently through the dense tree cover. She wasn't looking where she was going, and tripped and almost fell into what she thought was a rather deep ditch. She managed to regain balance and looked down. She was stood on moss covered rocks. She slid herself down into the ditch and looked around. She turned to climb back up, but realized that the moss covered rocks, were actually the entrance to a cave.

Raven peered into the cave, "Hello?"
Her voice echoed off the cave walls. When no reply came, she grinned, and half ran back to where the crowds were gathered.

She ran up to Teira and Colin, "There's a cave, in the forest. There isn't anyone in it as far as I know of. It would provide safety for at least some of you."

Time got out of the tunnel jut in time to hear her sister "THen lets go!" she yelled. "The creatures are on to us" she ushered the people forward,towards where Raven had come from

"I don't know how far in the cave goes, "she admitted, "We may not be able to hide everyone."
"We cant hide forever..." replied Colin, who was fairly smart for his young age.

Raven nodded, but then ushered Colin and Teira in the direction of the cave. "Time, can you send the weakest and the youngest in my direction, and ask if anyone has brought any weapons with them. I doubt it, but there isn't enough time to get evryone down there if those creatures know where we have gone."

Time sent the youngest and weakest and asked around for weapons. "None. Hurry Raven" Time said,the group of weak and young people gathering behind her sister

Raven nodded, and led the way to the cave. "She stopped, and helped the weaker people down into the ditch-like place, then helped pass the younger children down. Raven kept the hood on her new cloak up and dived into the cave, deciding tp check one last time, incase anything else was in there.

Raven walked into the cave, and Colin followed her. Once she finally decided it was safe, she ushered the people inside. "Dont go too far in, I'll have to go and find something to light the inside of the cave."

Time kept one eye on the sky and the other on the towns people. "Alright keep going." she pushed hte last of the weak people. "IS there any more room?" she shouted to her sister,prepared to send more people

"No. the cave was samller than i first thought. I'll go and scout out for somewhere else if you can find something to light that cave."
Raven sighed, "There are just to many people. I dont think there will be enough places to hide them all. We'll have to do something to get rid of those creatures, and fast."
Colin, peered out of the cave and saw Raven and Time chatting. He then slipped back inside. to try and get everyone to calm down.

"Okay everyone just stand infront of or inside the cave,me and Raven have to get rid of those things.Okay Raven what could get rid of giant flying things.. Electricity? But that would only wound them. We could start getting rid of them like that" she paced,sonic screwdriver in hand. "We could create a portal.." she trailed off "I dont know if that'd work though" she mumbled half to herself and half to her sister

"I think we should find out what they are first. What if we draw them away from the townspeople and head towards the citadel. The noble men and women of this kingdom are likely to be up there, along with Colin's mum and the rest of the servants, we cant just leave them to die while we solve this down here."
She looked around for some dry branches and stones that would create sparks when you scraped them across each other. She found some suitable objects then quickly headded towards the cave, "I'll be right back, Time."

She dived into the cave, asking around for if anyone knew how to make a fire from scratch. An older looking man stepped forward and Raven handed him the dry plants and the stones. She then darted out of the cave but was stopped as Colin grabbed the hem of her cloak.
"I want to come with you."
"You cant, its to dangerous for a young boy like you."
"But I want to see my mum."

Raven sighed, but then decided she couldn't deny him of that.
"Fine, but you have to be careful and do exactly as me and Time tell you."
He nodded and grabbed Raven's hand again.
She smiled, then rushed back towards Time.

"I dont think we'll be able to get back into town via the Water Vault. We'd be torn to pieces before we even got through the tunnel."

"Well... Ugh how do we get them not to notice us!" Time was getting frustrated but was determined to help these people. "well we could.. no. or maybe.. no thats stupid" Time continued to pace,looking exasperated. "What did we get ourselves into" she groaned,a slight hint of amusement in hre tone

"Say any ideas that come into your head, no matter how stupid they sound. We may just be able to pull it off." she replied, prompting Time to explain any ideas she had.

"I don't know!" she yelled. "Well maybe we could just run into the town and create a big distraction?" she suggested,aware of how stupid she sounded. "Ugh how does Dad do this" she murmured.
