Background
There was once an island inhabited by reptiles. Eventually, the island split apart into sections. The lizards were seperated and therefore, evolved. They sprouted wings and transformed into dragons over the thousands of years.
In order to keep the island safe, a school was built at the center of the town. It was here that the dragon tamers were taught, learning how to calm and even kill one of these great beasts in order to protect the people.

The School
A large area seperated into four parts. There is the first-year building, second, third, and main. The numbered buildings are for the students who correspond with that amount of years being taught at the school. The main building is where the warden dwells. It is also a place where tame dragons, and sometimes wild ones, are kept.
The Dragons
There are many varieties of dragon. They are listed here:
Element determines what skills and weaknesses the dragon has.
Abilities are what they can do, of course, depending on the age and amount of training.
Difficulty states the level of difficulty to tame(or just if it's dangerous or not)
Basics are the background and most common apearences of the type of dragon.

Aquarius:

Element: Water

Abilities:
Hatchling- Squirt water, swim swiftly
Youth- Same as above, more powerful shots of water, cause it to rain.
Adult-Same as above, destructive forces of water, wip up storms.
Ancient- All of above, cause (at full potential)smal hurricanes, repel heat, melt into water.
Difficulty: Mild
Basics:All have sails somewhere on their body. The most common color is either an almost translucent white or aqua blue. A shy type. Found on the South island.

Flarius:

Element: Fire
Abilities:
Hatching: Puffs of smoke
Youth-Burning hot skin, Breath small amounts of fire.
Adult- Same as above, breath spouts of fire, fire proof, explosive fire.
Ancient-Same as above, breath blue flames(rare)
Difficulty-Medium
Basics-Usually short tempered. Come in colors ranging from orange to red, sometimes black.
Found on the Norh Island.

Electrius:

Element-Electricity
Abilities-
Hatchling-create sparks
Youth-shock things
Adult-Shoot lightning bolts, move quickly.
Ancient-Same as above,More powerful shocks, Take electricity from things.
Difficulty-Dangerous
Basics-Very rash. Range in colors from green to yellow to black.South east island.

Vinius:

Element-Plants
Abilities-
Hatchling-Make plants grow
Youth-Same as above, take energy from plants.
Adult-Recieve energy from the sunlight, Take life from plants, manipulate plants, cause plants to grow.
Ancient-All of the above, root itself to the ground.
Difficulty-Easy
Basics- peaceful natured, come in green. When an ancient one dies, it is said that bed of flowers sprouts in its place and it becomes one wih the earth. They are herbivores. Located in the south-west island.

Drakius:

Element-Toxins
Abilities-
Hatchling-spit up mild poison
Youth-same as above
Adult-Venemous fangs and claws, Shoot irritating acids
Ancient-Shoot melting acid, powerful toxins, same as above.
Difficulty-Dangerous
Basics-They come in black or a dark purple. This breed of dragon is forbidden to be seen anywhere near the town or school. West Island.
Minisculius:

Element-Nothing
Abilities-To be small XDD
Difficulty-Easy
Basics-Small dragons about the size of a monitor lizard at their prime. They come in all colors.
East Island
Natrius:

Element- Earth
Abilities-
Hatchling- Pick up stones wihout much effort.
Youth- Toss boulders, same as above.
Adult- Cause tremors, same s above.
Ancient- Cause earthquakes, same as above, move stone slabs.
Difficulty-Medium
Basics-Sturdy dragons usually green or brown. They are very strong and muscular. North west island.

Iscius:

Element-All
Abilities-
Hatchling- Cause frost-bite.
Youth- Same as above.
Adult- Extreme heat, extreme cold, poisonous fangs.
Ancient-Master of every element.
Difficulty- Never tamed.
Basics- This mysterious dragon has not yet been tamed and therefore, the coloration of its scales have not been confirmed. North east island.

A tall boy who stands at about 6 feet tall. He has short blond hair and dazzling green eyes. Eiji is quite the looker, but he prefers to stay away from the girls in his level. He usualy wears formal clothes and is rarely ever rude. But he does like to playfully tease others out of habit.

**Note that every first year starts out wih a hatchling. Second and third have those at the youth age.
Events
Great Dragon Tournament
Every other Friday at the shool there will be a tournament for adult dragons to show off heir skills. The winners of the fights get to stay in the top quality dorm room until the next tournament. They also get special lessons with the warden and a basket of sweets. Runner up gets new gear for riding their dragon.

Description or picture: Jet black dragon with bright green eyes. [She looks like a Night Fury ]
Element: Fire
Other/General Stuff: Nightshade can be rather vicious when provoked but is generally sweet tempered and fairly gentle, even around most humans. The flames she breathes are extremely hot and more often than not appear purple in colour. Nightshade is a rather speedy dragon and loves feeling the wind on her scales.

Other: Aurora is an extremely shy person but is fascinated with everything to do with nature. She keeps an open mind and often notices things that most people don't. Aurora is a calm and relaxed person, but she is also fairly quiet and finds it hard to make friends because most people are impatient when it comes to her rather shy personality.
