Light Pack - Camp

Luna yawned and stretched as she woke in early morning. She flexed her wings then glided down towards the centre of the clearing to wake the other.

Spirit's ears twiched in her sleep. Slowly she woke up with a small yawn as she stretched.

"Morning!" grinned the Gryphon cheerily as she hovered just above Spirit.

Hearing the ruckus, Taki slowly, and groggily woke up. The bright morning sun flashed into his eyes, momentarily blinding him. However, the Pegasus' sapphire blue eyes adjusted. Now, his blue sheen was more visible, as he trotted towards his two new friends. "G' morning." he said, grinning. "So, what should we do today? I'm thinking setting up the borders, and maybe recruiting some new members." he said suggestively.

"Let's focus on the Terratory first" Spirit pop her right back leg and was still stretching, "then we'll get some new members." she ended with a sigh. She looked aroung the new camp ground thinking of what to do with it. "But first things first we need to organize ourselves." the white wolf said already taking the role as the Leader.

Luna nodded. "Why dont we build some dens and things? I'm happy to sleep in a tree, even if it rains, but im sure you guys arent."

Spirit laughed, "Most animals prefer not so wet fur." Thoses Fallen trees could provide as shelters." she said pointing her nose twoard the Tree in the farback end. We'll need and Yearling's Den, Medician One, Elder's, Mother's, Fighter's, and the Leader's den." the she-wolf explained.

The Gryphon nodded, laughing to herself. She didnt really mind the rain, she found it calming. "Maybe we could find some brambles to help protect the dens from enemies? If we could surround each den with the spiky plants... maybe other creatures wouldnt be so keen to try and get in."

SilverRiver had been strethed out across a patch of grass. She decided to see what was going on and waddled over to the group.
"Hello Spirit, Luna. Are you guys talking about shelters? Because I really have a few suggestions." She spoke, plopping herself down again.

"Mornin' Silver." grinned Luna. She preferred to shorten longer names and SilverRiver's was fairly long. "What would you suggest?"

"Well to start, I would like it if the mothers' den were on a patch of grass or lined with some kind of moss. It hurts my paws to walk on the hard ground wih this extra weight I'v e been gaining."

Luna nodded, "I think that's a good idea. Should we go and scout around for a nice patch to build it on? I'm sure Spirit can get on with moving those logs with Taki."

"Well, there was some nice and soft grass that I was just laying on over there," she said, pointing to the spot where she was just laying with her tail.

Luna nodded, "Alright. Well lets get building!"

"Oh, right. I'm sure you guys will use me as a pack pony." Taki said sarcastically, rolling his eyes to add to the effect. Then, with that he galloped away towards the forest.

"I didnt mean it like that." replied Luna with an eye roll of her own. She sighed then glanced at SilverRiver, "I'll be right back."
She spread her wings and took off, following Taki, tucking in her front claws to add to her speed.

"That's a good idea Luna. But if we have Small-ones(Baby Zenar) they would get hurt. Maybe just some normal branches just keep them close together." Spirit explained.

[This is before Luna spoke to Silver]

"But they'll be inside the den until they're strong enough to come out and then im sure you can teach them not to go dashing into them."

Taki was now at a bunch of trees. I hope this works. he thought as he spread his wings. Then, he focused his energy into his wings, and then forming the image of the trees snapping like twigs. Then quickly opening his eyes, he flapped the wings once, creating a strong gust of wind, slicing up the tall trees with ease, and he directed those logs into a pile beside him. The blue-black stallion smiled at the amount, before using the wind once more to set upon his back. Then, he created a net of strong plantation on his back to hold the logs.

"I guess you dont need any help then..." chirruped Luna, hopping out from the tree she had landed in and standing next to Taki.

"Silver why don't you rest I'll handle things arounf here." Spirit explained to the she-wolf. She started to clean out a hollow tree from broken branches to fallen leaves.

Silver nodded and went back to resting in her little patch of grass.

Luna laughed before flying off again. She zoomed through the forest, reappearing in the clearing not long later. "Sorry about that..." she apologized.

Spirit was claering out the hollow tree when she heard a voice behind her. She stood up so quickly that she hit her head. "Ow!! That hurt." she said comeing out.

"You okay Spirit?" asked the Gryphon.
