Sneaking Outside DWMA

"Alright Renee follow my lead" Arika hissed in her partners ear. She tucked a stray strand of ginger hair behind her ear then trotted off to the teacher at the door. "Ah I forgot my schedule outside! Please can i go get it?" she begged, her puppy dog eyes unbearably persuasive. Given a small nod the new student practically flew outside, waiting for Renee to pull something like that

"Uhm... okay.."
seh replied quietly as Arika darted away. She watched her go outside then tried to come up with a way that she could sneak past the teacher.
"Excuse me..." she said, shyly walking up to the same teacher. She racked her brains to think of what she would say. "I-I think I may have left something outside."
"What?" the teacher asked, "What did you leave?"

Renee winced, but just said the first thing that came into her head, "The ribbon for my hair..."
The teacher nodded and Renee nearly ran outside to get away from the teacher. Once she was joined Arika, she sighed in relief.
"Why did we have to do that?" she asked.

"Because we need to practice not stuff our faces!" Arika said with a stubborn look on her face. "Alright lets go! weapon form, Renee" she ordered

"Okay Arika.." she replied, glowing before turning into her scythe and dropping into Arika's open hands.

"Aw yea!" The ginger haired girl grinned. As a warm up she slashed at one of the dummies, Renee's blade cutting through it like butter. "Alright lets get more advanced!" she dashed around behind the dummy, leaping and cutting off its head with a quick flick of the weapon.

Renee smiled. Arika was pretty good at handling the scythe already because they had practiced before their first day at school.

Arika stopped in her tracks. "I wonder if we can resonate like the best of em! Wanna have a go?" her eyes glittered

"Maybe we should wait for the teachers to teach us about the soul resonance first..." she replied. "We're new to this remember Arika."

"C'mooon we can at least try! this is so boring! lets spice it up! Pleaaaaase" Arika begged

"But I dont know how...." she protested. "What if something goes wrong?"

"It couldnt be that bad" Arika argued. "Whats the worst thing that could happen?"

She shrugged, "We get detention for like... ever."

"So what? thats just more time to practice" she grinned

The scythe part of her weapon form started to glow and the top half of Renee's body appeared instead of it. She crossed her arms at Arika, who was still holding the detailed pole that was the other half of Renee. "I dont really want to get in trouble on my first day..."

"PLEAAAASE RENEE" Arika begged, laying down teh weapon and getting on her knees. "pleaspleasepleasepleasepleaseplease"

Renee glowed again and changed back into a complete scythe. She stayed silent.

"So..? You'll do it?" a grin parted Arika's face. "Alright!" she widened her stance

Renee continued to stay silent. She wasnt about to agree with speech, but if Arika wanted to try it, then why not?

Hijiro got a running start and jumped off the top of DWMA. He free fell to the ground right on the training fields he rolled as he hit the earth. Then he saw the two girls on the field." Yo." He waved.

"Shhh! We're trying something!" Arika snapped. "Ready Renee?" she clutched the scythes handle tighter. "Lets go! Soul Resonance!" she cried

"oh, it's you guys. i shouldn't be surprised." zero said, leaning against a wall. "renee, i wouldn't think you were the type to sneak outside."

Renee rolled her eyes and ignored Zero as she tried to concentrate on the Soul Resonance.

Hijiro kicked off the ground sending him bask he did a hand stand and pushed off to stand next to Zero.He looked at Zero." What the heck do they think there doing they can't be serious about using Soul Resonance." He whispered to his weapon.

Arika gritted her teeth, her hair flying up around her. She grunted and focused intently on the task at hand. "C'mon Renee lets show em what we're made of" she whispered, a cold gleam in her eyes

"they were already partners before they got here, who knows, the might just pull it off." zero said.
