The Serene Forest

Skyla soared through the air above the forest with an unexpected grace. She performed a few twists and spiratls, as well as loop-the-loops before landing. The Flygon sat in the shade of a rather tall tree, and looked at her lucky, blue, braviary feather.

Sano had run towards the chest but stopped just in time to see a pit-fall trap in front of him. He walked around it and pushed a rock on the leaves and its opened the gaping hole. Sano couldn't see the bottom. He continued close to the chest; this time more carefully. "Any traps Skyla?" Sano shouted from down the side of the pond near her.

"I cant see any..." she replied, double checking just incase. She took another step closer to the treasure chest, then another... but on the third step, a Gyrados and a Tropius seemed to appear from nowhere..
Skyla jumped back in surprise.

"Skyla!" Sano yelled in surprise. The Gyrados looked at him. He knew that if the Gyrados attacked him he wouldn't make it back. He ran from the pond. Sano ran towards Skyla. "Do you think you can take the Gyrados." He whispered to her as soon as he was close enough. "I could probably take the Tropius." Sano was a bit scared, but he wasn't about to lose.

Skyla nodded, "Okay.." She leaped into action and spread her wings again, feeling more at home in the air. She hovered above the Gyrados, using Dragon Pulse to try and aggravate it.

The gyrados was about to lunge at Sano, But it was hit by a Dragon pulse. He turned his attention onto Skyla and tried to hit her with water pulse
Sano ran at the Tropius and used ember. Sano called back at Skyla "Just shout if you need help."

"I doubt I will, Sano!" she grinned, just before she used Dragon Pulse again to counter the Gyrados's Water Pulse.

The Tropius roared as it was hit by the Ember. It then used Air Slash.

Sano barely dodged tropius's air slash. "Watch where your tryin to hit that could have hurt!" Sano taunted it and used Dragon rage.

Gyrados Used Dragon dance to match the speed of Skyla. He roared in frustration and grew ice around his fangs readying Ice fang.

"It was supposed to." She said as she rolled her eyes. The Tropius used Magical Leaf to counter the Dragon Rage.

Skyla Flew higher to dodge the Gyrados' Ice Fang then did an aerial flip so that her head was facing the ground, and her tail, the sky. She used Draco Meteor, shooting one meteor that split into multiple little ones. She managed to angle herself back upwards after the attack, and continued to rise.

During Tropius's counter attack sano hid in the shadows. "That the best you got?" A smirk grew as he ran behind Tropius and used smokescreen. He ran around it. Sano's color allowed him to blend in with the smoke.

Gyrados used water pulse to counter Draco Meteor and lunged at Skyla trying to get close enough to get a hit in.

"Not Really. I just decided i didnt want to hurt a puny little thing like you!" She used the break and used Synthesis to regain her strength.

Skyla continues to rise, and so dodged the Gyrados' leaping, but one of the many smaller meteor's managed to escape the Water Pulse, but only because there were so many. It headed straight for the Gyrados as he lunged, hitting him on the head.

Sano used ember and rushed in to use scratch. "Well if you don't want to hurt me ill just have to try harder!" Sano yelled through the smoke.

Gyrados fell backwards into the pond flinging up water and the chest into the air. When Gyrados got up he screamed "YOU'LL PAY FOR THAT!!" He used water pulse and Ice Fang in a row to hopefully get Skyla off gaurd.

The Water Pulse hit Skyla, but only because it could reach her. She retaliated with a well aimed Hyper Beam, straight into the Gyrados's open mouth.

The Tropius winced as the super effective ember hit her. SHe used Synthesis again, then retaliated with Magical Leaf, surrounding herself in lots of the leaves to protect her from any other oncoming attacks.

Sano winced in pain as three of the leaves hit him. "Take this" Sano yelled and he unleashed multipul embers at Tropius.

The Gyrados laughed at Skyla until he got a mouthful of Hyper Beam. He couldn't take much more of the damage after that attack. He flicked up massive amounts of water trying to use brine.

Skyla swore as she crash landed in the lake, needing to refuel her energy after using hyper beam.

The Tropius tried to use Synthesis again, but got annoyed and just used body slam.

Sano dodged but left the tip of his tail where Tropius had landed. He quickly turned around and used srcatch aiming for its eyes. Sano saw that Skyla fell into the lake. He rushed toward the Gyrados and used dragon rage to give Skyla time to recharge.
Gyrados felt the Tiny sting of The move and pun around. "YOU DARE HIT ME!!!!" Sano used massive amounts of smoke to hide himself and hopefully Skyla.

Tropius used the chance and shot a Magical Leaf into the water, where Skyla had fallen in, not knowing wether it had hit, or not. The Tropius then landed back on the shore and set to attacking Sano again.

Skyla was drifting deeper and deeper into the lake water, but it wasnt that deep so she soon reached the bottom. She thanked Arceus that she could hold her breath fairly well underwater. The Magical Leaf from Tropius suddenly came whirling through the water, and Skyla could do nothing to avoid it...

Sano could see well in the thick smoke normally better than anyone or anything. Sano saw the chest and had moved it away from all the chaos. He was also trying to avoid falling water from the enraged Gyrados. Sano saw Tropius flinging leaves into the water "Hey Leaf-for-brains catch." He used ember on the grass around it hopefully trapping it then started shooting the embers at The Pokemon.

Tropius got hit by the embers and decided to give up. Leaving the Gyrados to deal with then, it flew away.

Skyla shook her head once her strength had recovered, and quickly tried to swim to the surface. She had taken alot of damage, but she would be fine afterwards.

Sano had noticed that the Tropius ran away. He was worried about skyla she had been down there almost a minute. Gyrados had stopped thrashing about and became calm. He then left the area.

Skyla broke the surface and just stayed there with her head above the water. Not enough strength to pull herself out after her ordeal.

Sano was releived to see Skyla pop out the the ravaged pond. "Well that was WAY to much work for a chest." Sano glanced at where he put the chest to make sure it was still there. He called over to Skyla "Hey, do you need any help?" He walked towards her at about the speed of a slugma.

Skyla nodded in agreement to Sano's first statement, but declined the offer of help. "I just need a minute... but i'll be fine now that i'm above water."

"Okay, well when your ready we'll bring the chest back and for your help you can have all of the money." Sano smiled. He didn't really care about the 600 poke he just wanted Dragon Claw. Sano sullenly walked over to the chest and sat down by it.

"Thanks, but I cant take all of it.."
The massive Flygon hauled herself back onto the shore, then stretched her wings out and flapped them a few time to get them to dry off.

"Well the reward is 600 poke and TM Dragon Claw so i figured that you should get the 600 and i got the TM." Sano had also thought that Skyla did more work that he did.
