The Serene Forest

Skyla soared through the air above the forest with an unexpected grace. She performed a few twists and spiratls, as well as loop-the-loops before landing. The Flygon sat in the shade of a rather tall tree, and looked at her lucky, blue, braviary feather.

Sano usualy did missions under the nights cover, but he wanted this one done extra quickly. Only for the reward, TM Dragon Claw. He had always wanted to learn this move. "WHOAAAA!!!" Sano Dove into a bush when he saw the shadow of a Pokemon. He watched from the cover of the bushes .

Skyla stopped staring at her precious feather as she heard the rather loud 'WHOAAAA!!!' from nearby. She stood up and looked around, hearing faint rustling in the bushes.
"Hello?"

Sano ran from the bush to the near shadow "hello?" He replied with a bit of fear in his voice. "whats your name?" He stuck to the shadows just incase he needed to hide from an attack.

"I'm Skyla..." she replied quietly, "A Flygon. Who are you?"
She continues to look around for the voice.

"I'm Sano." He replied stepping out of the shadows. He senessed that Skyla wasn't a threat, well to him at least "I'm a Charmander." There was a tone of concent in his voice

"Pleased to meet you!" she smiled, leaning close to the Charmander, using her longish neck so she didnt have to move much.

Sano Backed up just a bit. Sano was a very catious Pokemon. "Nice to meat you too" He Replied with a smile. "So what are you doing in the forest Skyla?" Sano said with curriosity.

"Nothing much.... Im just exploring. I live not far away in the Lake Caverns.."

"Oh ok thats near where i need to go for this mission." Sano pulled out a note from his pack. "If you want to we could to this mission together." Sano was stern. He also kind of needed help with this mission, but didn't want to admit it.

Skyla shrugged, "Sure. I have nothing better to do."
She got to her feet, but turned and looked back at the tiny Charmander. "If you want I could fly us there. It would be much quicker than walking...."

Sano smiled. "Ya sure." He had always wanted to fly. He walked over to Skyla. "Um.... how do i not fall off of you?"

"You'll just have to hold on to my neck." she chuckled, lying down on her belly so that the charmander could climb up. She flicked her fan-like tail, the odd purple colour glinting in the sunlight.

"umm ok?" Sano walked past the glimmering tale and climbed up skyla and sat on her back. He noticed how small he was to her. "Ok whenever your ready we can take off." Sano was excited that he was going to be able to fly. He also braced himself for take-off.

Skyla grinned, "Okay, if you're ready." She flicked her tail again, before flapping her wing's kicking up clouds of dust from the forest floor. She zoomed off into the air, doing her best to make sure that Sano didnt fall off.
The journey was short lived however, because Skyla was a fairly fast flier. They reached the Lake caverns in almost no time and she gracefully landed by the lake bank.

Although the ride was short Sano had enjoyed the flight. He may have almost fallen off a few times, but he didn't care. "Thanks for the ride!" Sano was giddy and jumped off of Skyla as soon as she landed.

So the mission. Sano pulled out the paper that was in his bag. "We need to find a large blue and green Treasure Chest." Folding the paper back up he added "sounds easy."

Skyla grinned and got back to her normal stance after the charmander jumped off.

"Well I know these caverns fairly well. I can lead you to the deepest part if you want."

Sano was so excited that he had almost fallen over, after he tried to walk. He loved the feeling of the wind in his face and the fire on his tale licking at the wind. Sano was good at planing things like this out. "I'll look from the ground and you could look from the sky." Sano smiled as the words flowed from his mouth.

Skyla shrugged, "Okay." she took off and scouted around the lake area.

Sano began walking and thinking to himself. "Where on earth would there be a blue and green chest?!" An idea popped in his mind. "What if there were a secret passage...." he began to look under large rocks and in bushes.

Skyla continues to soar acros the sky. She enjoyed the flying, alot more than she enjoyed looking for the odd treasure box. She began to do more acrobatics in the air.

Sano occasionaly glanced up wards to watch Skyla's acrobatics. This had made him even happier. His dream was to be a platinum ranked Charizard. Although he was far from both of those he still tried everyday.

The Flygon suddenly stopped in mid air. She had caught a glint of blue not far away....

Sano had noticed that Skyla had stopped and looked in the same direction that she was. Near the edge of a pond there was a shimmering blue cap with green design.

Skyla grinned and zoomed down towards it. She landed next to it and looked around, checking for any traps...
