Ka'nue had to make a quick delivery of mead from Falkreath to Riften. It was a long path he had taken a few times before and had rough memory of. It was dangerous path as well with only one stop. Frostbite Spiders loved the Rifts climate and they're poison could kill in less than a day. So with him he brought an iron sword. It wasn't much, but being a Khajit if attacked by Bandits or a bear he could escape easy. It was a two days walk without too many rough patches before he got there. Once he entered he felt the cool air coming from the river below the cities pathways. It refreshed him, but then he relized how thirsty he was. He went into the market area to get some cheap drink considering Blackbriars price spiked recently.

"Yes I know what happens when you mix them, and if you ask any more questions I may need to give your stand a bad review." Karoth said trying to intimidate them.

"Oh yes I'm sure she's treambling..." This guy talked tough but he didn't seem like he would really be able of much. Whoever he was Ka' didn't like him. He just hoped she'd give him what he needed and the Dark Elf would leave.

"Hahah its still a pretty weak poison, but its your loss" she shot a smile at ka' "And it comes to 150 septims"

"Fine." Karoth got his money and looked the other way, waiting for her to give him his buy.

She took the money and passed him the ingredients "Oh it seems your a bit short on your money, about 30 septims short"

Karoth pulled out his blades." You can't fool me I saw you put 30 septims in you pocket now you better give me my thin gs for free or I will cut your neck." He said yelling at her.

"You want to anger the dark brotherhood? Maven black briar protects the people i work for and she controls dark brotherhood, if i die you'll die too?" she answered without flinching

Ka' came in then. He grabbed Karoths arm keeping his nails from digging in yet, "You want to keep this hand Greyskin?" He challenged. He threw he hand away from both him and Rasha and said. "I suggest you take your plants and get out then." He growled at Karoth.

"Wow you realy are stupid, I am the dark brotherhood, a proud member to if I kill you I pay a little money and walk free." Karoth said confidentley.

"You dont get it, Maven basically owns your organisation! she can get you kicked out if you kill a merchant of hers" she pulled a dagger out from under the stall

"Leave. Now. We don't need any trouble Dark Brotherhood. And by the looks of it neither do you." He pointed behind him and a guard had started eyeing them. He went to go get another guard.

Karoth looked at both of them. 'Well if its a brawl you want it is a brawl you will get. You throw the first blow either one of you cat or wentch." He said yelling at his oponants.

She took out her bow and readied an arrow

Thats when the guards approached. "What's going on here?" One said. "Put the weapon away Argonian. That goes for you too Elf." He said to them. The other guard already had his war hammer out. This was attracting a lot of attention.

"well then I guess it is your choice you can shoot the arrow and by skyrim law i could kill you or you could put it away and admit you lost." He said telling her to shoot.

"sorry, but could you please escort this thief away from here, he stole some harrada root and wisp stalk caps if you could take them off of him"

"Wow what a snich, and by the way, I didn,t steal it she stole my money so she can't acuse me of any crime. If any thing you should arest her."

Of course the guards could only go with the most likely answer. "Come with us Dark Elf." He said. "We don't want ot see you back in Riften." The other said. "Now come with us to pay the fine. Then you may leave." The one with the weapon neared.

"Please will you return the ingredients back to me when your done with him, just leave it on the stall if im not here"

Karoth breaks into a sprint, running from the gaurds. He climes on a building and starts to jump from roof top to roof top, reaching the gate, jumps over it. Then hides in the near by brush.

"Halt!" They yelled after. "Someone get that Dark Elf!" The guard unsheathed his sword and they ran after. Ka' shook his head then turned back to Rasha. "I hope that all Dark Brotherhood agents are like that." He sighed. "Least I got this." He pulled out his earnings.

"Very nice, now lets report to mercer, he'll be happy and now to show you the secret entrance" they walked through the palace and past the hall of dead to a statue and under it was sstrange symbol she pressed it and a secret stairway opened up and a ladder leading down to the ragged flaggon cistern

"Faster then the Rat way..and not as wet." He said with relief. He waited for her to go first as is Khajiit tradition.

SHe climbed down the ladder to see mercer waiting for them, tapping his foot waiting for ka'

Ka' started down then jumped halfway down. He got up and dusted himself off. "Here what I managed." He held out the gold and two gems to Merecer. He hoped it was enough, he was actually a bit intimidating.
