History:Mortimer isn't really in....a healthy mind set. His emotions are complicated to determine considering theres an enthusiasm in his voice even when he's clearly not happy. He also is incredebly undessisive on anything of importance or of not any at all. What makes him that insane you may ask? Well he spent quite a bit of time in soltude after being...actually abducted by outlaws. It was a larger orginization that would kidnap pokemon, trap them in quarentine, and make them fight. though now its dissapated...mostly. After they left him to rot in the steep ditches they would trap them in he lost all human contact. He eventually clawed his way out and got back into his old life. With the trauma of course.
