History: As a youngster, Copycat was often made fun of by other Pokemon for being a "freaky pink blob." Too shy and timid to deal with the bullying, she chose to spend most of her time disguised as other Pokemon in order to blend in. She has a few established alter egos, but in order to stay under the radar, she usually prefers to copy a random Pokemon and then claim to be a visitor to town.
Other: Copycat must be looking at the Pokemon she intends to transform into. Her copied moves and stats scale with her level. She has some difficulty transforming into larger Pokemon.

I think a stormageddon sounds pretty scary!

With genderless pokemon, most people just give their characters one specific gender... so to save confusion maybe you should just pick a gender.

I figured as much. Should I make it Copycat's actual gender or just the gender he/she refers to himself/herself as?

You can give copycat an actual gender if you want to or the other option. Either way its your choice not mine. Just as long as you do one of them.

Stats don't change when you transform. You only gain the appearance and moves of the opponent... and maybe the typing, not sure about that last one though.
If you are a level ten that just copied the appearance of a level 50, you will still have the strength/power of a level 10.

Bulbapedia says that Transform changes the user's stats to that of the target's. However, I didn't want to make Copycat OP, so I made it so that her stats change as if she were a level 10 version of the Pokemon she is transforming into. Sorry if I wasn't clear--do you need me to change the wording on that?
