Overall Character Description: Dispite him being an Ice user Todoroki is a kind and gental cat by nature. He is the older brother of Mai Hyroinmaru. He does his best to protect his family and the kingdom. However in a far off clearing Todoroki was training alone trying to controle his power but it went out of controle freezing the land and incasing himself in a thin layer of ice. He is still able to move however he had to leave in search for a land that is covered in snow and so that his power will not harm anyone else.

Approved I guess, only his body cant be entirely made out of ice like Hyourinmaru's xD

It's not, he's naturaly silver/white color. but the Ice makes him look like that.
