And there aren't any royal families on the surface world.... Though Inferno could be the child of say.. the dominant male and female in a pack or something.

As Alpha male and female of a pack you have responsibility to them as well as the guild. How would you manage it? Unless you team is Independant and has already graduated from the guild.
