History: Tammy was a normal, average Pokemon that lived in Grassveil town. One day she saw a Mienfoo walking down the road and was instantly struck by love. Curious, she asked around as to who the Pokemon was. Of course, it was an explorer named Oswald. To Tammy, he was a sparkling knight in shining armor that would rescue her in her time of need, surely he would. Soon after she founded the 'Oswald Fan Club' for the Mienfoo she deemed to be her 'knight in shining armor' and has run it ever since. Besides obsess over her new found hero and romantic interest, Tammy hasn't really done much other than advertise.

Other: Tammy has a generic southern accent. The club is located in a sturdy tree-house in one of the larger trees around town. The entrance is actually in the tree itself, a hold leading up and there is an optional ladder to climb up for any Pokemon who can't fit through the hole.
