Karuto's base

Kuro held up his hands to silence the large group of outlaws there had to be at least 200 and that wasn't even the bulk of the gang. They were all shouting quite loudly they were getting rowdy after Kuro had told them early he was devising a big plan he had been very vague on the details to not get them too excited but that had failed and now they were restless. " SILENCE!" He shouted and instantly the crowd shut up. " Like I told you a while ago the plan is setting into motion all of you must quite and be patient all who do not will not be given a high place in society when I rule!" He warned and slight murmurs went threw the crowd. " But non would even consider betraying me right!?" They replied with a loud " NEVER!" Kuro nodded. " The plan is mostly in set you will not have to wait much longer now attend to your normal duties." And with that the group scattered off doing a number of different jobs from smuggling to shake downs to bribes and collecting protection money. Kuro leaped off the wooden platform onto the large clearing that had become their base of operations equiment scattered everywhere. He started to walk to one side mumbling to himself.

"That went well..."
A Roserade hopped down from one of the trees near the edge of the clearing. She landed gracefully on her pointed feet.
"...Kuro."

" Ah Kaori." He smiled. " I haven't been able to talk o you in a while with my plans and such how have you been doing?"

"Fairly well. I've been scouting around Grassveil."
She resumed the normal pose of a Roserade, with one rose on her arm positioned in front of her face as if she was smelling its scent.
"It's fairly easy to get around when the guild doesn't have posters of you everywhere."

" Yes you must be very lucky I was barely able to sneak in to help my son." Kuro agreed he had a few posters he wasn't major but they knew he was there.

Kaori chuckled, "That's because I'm always careful, unlike the rest of you."
The Roserade had no problem with openly saying such things to the leader of the Karuto. She had a powerful position in the band due to being one or Kuro's childhood friends, yes. But that wasn't why. She knew that she could easily fend for herself. In truth, she didn't need the Karuto, but she stuck around anyhow.

" Yeah they're a rowdy bunch ." Kuro laughed " They're following me thou so I can't abounded them now after all we're so close." Kuro had fierce determention and surprisingly he was very loyal to his group all of them stuck with him so he would stick with them. Kuro paused and closed his eyes. "Hmmmm."

Kaori nodded and smiled. Just as she would never really leave the band, Kuro would never leave them either.
"So what's our next move?"

" Our next move is to watch and wait." Kuro started to move out of the clearing. " and to deal with these invaders." He sensed them three of them and he opened his eyes and started towards them.

The Roserade nodded, following the Lucario. She kept her senses sharp as she hopped back into a tree and glanced around, looking for the intruders.

Kuro started leaping threw the trees. " This was close they almost made it to camp." Kuro dropped low off the branches and started creeping low and made a silence motion bringing his finger to his lips for Kaori to see.

Kaori nodded, following the Lucario, but via the treetops. She was rather swift and nimble, but also silent and stealthy when she needed to be.

Kuro looked over the bushes when they finally made it to the side of the path way three pokemon walked along it each baring a bandana with a symbol on it that looked like two dragonairs crossing tails in an X. Kuro smirked he knew this gang they were wannabes. He stepped out onto the path and the three looked at him the Garchomp looked like the lead walking in the middle of the group and sneered. " What're you doing out all alone old man?"

Kaori stayed in the trees, but silently made her way around the group, making her way behind them.

One of the group, the one stood to the right of the Garchomp was a Skarmory. The steely bird pokemon watched as her leader taunted the Lucario.

Kuro looked at the three. " Nothing little kid just out for a walk shouldn't you be with your parents?" He taunted back.
" Get him!" He told the pokemon on his left which was a Hitmontop. " Whatever you say." He replied and used rapid spin towards Kuro. Kuro smirked and stopped the Hitmontop with his foot not even using a move. the Hitmontop fell over and got wobbly to his feet and stumbled around dizzy.
The Garchomp growled.

Kaori stifled a chuckle at how weak these three seemed. She wouldn't give her position away until it was necessary.

The Skarmory rolled her eyes.

" Do you want this back?" Kuro asked as he used an aura sphere and sent the Hitmontop flying at the other two. The garchomp caught him and placed him back on the ground. " Enough fooling around!" HE snapped and fired a dragon rage Kuro deflected it with a bone rush . " That's all you've got?" The garchomp howled maddly and fired more dragon rages. Kuro kept batting them away and cussed as he hit one away and it curved towards his roserade friend.

Kaori blinked and used a Weather Ball to counter the Dragon Rage so that it wouldn't damage her. She hopped into a different tree as there was a mini explosion from the collision of the two moves.

Garchomp noticed the weather ball and grabbed the hitmontop. " GO After that pokemon!" HE shouted to the still wobbling lacky who stumbled in the direction of Kaori . " Make sure he doesn't screw up." He instructed the Skarmory.
Kuro was upon them during their little regroup and was pounding the Garchomp with close combat.

"Right," nodded the steel bird pokemon, flying off in the direction of the wobbling Hitmontop.

Kaori chuckled. She had expected them to come after her once she caused that mini explosion. Using the sunlight peeking through the branches as she hopped from tree to tree, Kaori charged a Solarbeam....

Hitmontop shook his head and focused and started to track Kaori threw the trees and when he thought he had her he jumped for a triple kick only to be smashed by the flying Garchomp that Kuro sent flying with an aura sphere.

Kaori took the chance and leaped down from the trees. She fired the Solarbeam at the two pokemon that had just crashed into each other.

Hitmontops eyes grew wide Garchomp noticed it far too late and they were both blasted and hurled away Kuro was in the place they were being hurl in an instant. " Good bye." He said with an evil smile as he blasted them with a large aura sphere and they were sent flying like team rocket

"Ahh crap. Why am I always left behind?"
The Skarmory sighed before flying off, presumably after her teammates.

Kaori just shrugged as the Skarmory flew away without even bothering to attack.

" Tell your little leader to quit snooping around!" He shouted back after her.
