History: Rayo was the biggest(bigger but still small compared to other Pokemon) Joltik in his family. When he was playing with his brothers and sisters he was taken away from them by a Mandibuzz, he was still young and he did what he could. Thinking quickly he used String Shot on the Bird Pokemons wings causing both Pokemon to fall to the ground. Rayo managed to get away from Mandibuzz but had no idea of who to get back home. He soon felt the ground shaking turning around he saw a herd of Blitzal, and Zebstrika. He jumpped as high as he could onto one of the pokemon staying there till he found a safer place.
After a few days he began to train himself. As soon as he knew it he was an lvl. 26 learning newer, and stronger moves. Now he is traveling in order to get back home. However somewhere along the way he was resorted to stealing items known to all Pokemon but sold then for money. The only things that he has kept was a Cowboy hat, a bag, and a Volt Globe.
