History: She was brought up in a family of Minccinos and taught to steal on a daily basis. She does it mostly for the thrill, and is well off enough that she doesn't necessarily need the items. She likes working with other Pokemon, and does well in a team, usually. She had once dreamed of being on a rescue team, but dropped that dream after she realized her sticky paws would get in the way of that and resumed stealing and looting whatever she pleased.

Other: She loves ribbons. She has a hoard of ribbons and prefers them in a shade of light blue. She loves making a team effort, and tends to create plans for herself and her team of outlaws that are flashy and showoffy involving lots of acrobatics and posing. She enjoys being the cutest of her team, and will compete with any other cute Pokemon she comes across, taking them out first if they get in the way. She tends to make a scary grin when she's plotting or facing off against a cute Pokemon.
