History: Dandy has lived in Grassveil Town since she has been born. She was hatched as an egg and taken care of by a pair of Oddish.
Other: She has an obsession with learning how to do a handstand. She can be very tomboyish, but makes up for it with a cheerful and optimistic personality. Sometimes she can be stubborn about things, like when to decide which way to go while exploring, but she tries her hardest to agree with them at some point. Dandy prefers the company of strong Pokemon, as she wants to be around the toughest Pokemon possible. She refuses to become a Venasaur no matter what, but wants to be an Ivysaur at some point.
