OMG I HAVE AN IDEA

Could you make a Ninetails look like Kitsuné's Fox Form? It'll honstly be pretty simple, just take a shiny Ninetails, add an extra tail, lose the tuft of hair on it's head, and then take the blue orb on a dragonair's neck and stick it right under the face. Don't worry about the fan weapons or the markings on her back and face.

OH and if possible could you make the visible tips of the tails blue?

I once heard my friend say he knew a cheat code for soul silver, and that you could combine certain attributes of different Pokemon, and he did Entei's mask-whatever thingy on Lugia.( Can you see where I'm going with this?) A Ho-oh with Suicune's face-diamond thingy and the white double tail thing.
