Help With Pokemon Team Strategy

Just as the title says, really. Here, you can ask about how to improve you team's effectiveness, what Pokemon to get, etc. Please state your team's moves and abilities. For now I'm only helping with Single Battle teams. I would really like to help people. Oh, and if you wanna know how knowledgeable I am, ask The Desert Spirit.

Alrighty then Evaluate my Arcanine team plz!
Members: Roman~Ripple~Arcanine~Leader Flare~Flare~Shiny Arcanine~Member

Moves: Roman:Sunny Day, ExtremeSpeed, Overheat, Fireblast Flare::FlameCharge,FlameBurst,FireFang,Flamethrower
Abilitys: Roman: Flashfire (Lol -->) Flare: Flashfire

Uh, I don't really know what's in your team. I know they're all Arcanines, but how many of them are there? Can you make it a bit clearer? XD

OK, here's what I have to say:

Well, Roman has no problem, but Overheat may pose a problem. Maybe you should replace it with Solarbeam, which won't need to charge with Sunny Day. Other than that, it's fine.

Now, Flare's OK, but you might want to replace Flame Charge with Toxic or Will-o-Wisp to help with walls. I guess that's all I can say.

Overall, it's a good pair of Arcanines. I mean, one's got Sunny Day to boost their Fire attacks up, the other having all of Fire type STAB moves at its disposal. Nice job. Sometimes, in Double Battles, you can try attacking each other with Fire type moves to get an early boost!
