Mirlo and Karasu - Illusionary Den

Karasu stalked into the den with Mirlo in her 'hair'.

"A Rayquaza is way too complicated for your first try. And plus, its so massive that we'd be spotted six miles away," Karasu explained. "Try to pick something easier for your first time and we can move onto more complicated forms like that later on."

Mirlo pouted. "Fine i wanna be a stupid Magikarp." he growled grumpily, coming up with the dumbest pokemon he could think of XD

Karasu laughed, "Fine, if thats what you want."
She transformed into a Magikarp herself.
"Rightey. Now. Take in every little detail. Every colour, every scale. Then picture it in your mind."

Mirlo sized up the floundering bright orangy red fish. He memorized everything from the tip of the golden crown the fish wore proudly, to the white tips of its tail. He memorized the feelers and everything inbetween. "Okay" he said, the picture forming in his mind

"And now picture yourself as that same Magikarp."

"erm okay" he said. He pictured himself in his mind. (Much more handsome than he really was XD) He slid the image next to the magikarp.He imagined them morphing into one. He finished then let out a shriek as he saw his back side morphed into a fish tail

Karasu laughed and turned herself into a Swellow. Just because i like swellows since two seconds ago. "Good work!"

"Shut it" he muttered "Now how do iget back?

"Free yourself from the Illusion." she chuckled. It was still quite funny to see Mirlo as a Magikarp.

Mirlo gritted his teeth and imagined himself as a Zorua. To his great relief his Magikarp lower half morphed back into its regular shape. "What did i do wrong?" he asked curiously,determined to fix his mistakes

She chuckled again. "Not everyone gets it right on etheir first try. Did you maybe concentrate more on one part of the magikarp than the other?"

He nodded slightly " I was paying particular attention to the tail" he admitted. "Now i'll keep it balanced!" he promised,then set to work on imagining the idiotic pokemon once more

She smiled and spread her awesome Swellow wings. "Im sure you'll do it this time"

Mirlo cracked a smile, for once in his life feeling a surge of warmth to his partner. He squeezed his eyes closed and gasped as he found himself gagging on air and flopping around, flashes of orange scales matching his every movement. "D-did i do it?" he gasped between breaths of air

Karasu nodded. "And you did an excellent job of it too! Now you'd better change back before you end up tricking yourself into suffocating as a Magikarp."

Zorua nodded to the best of his ability and slowly morphed back into his normal shape. "Shall we go into hiding then?" he asked with a grin. He then pondered two likely pokemon that would live together in Shadowhue

"You could learn to be a Taillow," suggested Karasu. "I quite enjoy being a Swellow myself."

"Alright!" he said cheerily. Picturing a tailow he studied the picture for quite a time. Keeping in mind to study it as a whole not just a single part. He then slid the two images of himself and the tailow into one and felt a cool sensation as his fur turned into thick downy feathers. He sneezed as his snouted elongated and turned into a beak. When his transformation was complete he sat next to Karasu. "Well hows this?" he asked,turning in slow circles. "Oh and we need fake names!" he said. "I'll be Suzume!" (lmao it means Sparrow XD)

Karasu smiled as she watched Mirlo adjust to being a Taillow. "Hmm.. I have no idea what to be called."

"How about Ciriya?" he suggested with a shrug of his wings."Shall we move to a tree hollow then? I know of an abandoned one across the way a bit" he said, as he got around Shadowhue quite often.

She nodded. "Okay, lead the way. And i think i will use the name Ciriya."

He grinned and flapped his wings a few times "this is gonna take some getting used to!" he laughed "Good thing the hollow's large enough for practice without being seen." He grabbed the bag of loot and the rest of his belongings and flew crookedly, towards his destination

"Dont you think it would be best to leave the loot in our Illusion protected den? If anyone finds it in the new hollow they'll know its us for sure." she reasoned.

"Hmm a good point but what if a floater comes in and finds the loot? The hollow's gonna look uninhabited. We need an extra form of protection" he mused

Ciriya shrugged. "Lets just hide it somewhere near the new hollow, but not so close that its obvious it belongs to us."
