What to do...

Drake was depressed to put it simply, but no matter how you feel your still sent on missions.

So drake was put on a mission to find a lost Oswatt in the Shadowhue Forest.

Drake had stocked up on every and any items he had in his storage account. and he still had a half bag left.

He was randomly paired with a new partner, which he was pretty used to by now.

Aurora followed Drake into the forest. She had agreed to go on this mission, only because she had no idea what else to do right now. She didnt know Drake very well, but had heard Archana talk about him, since she'd been paired with him for missions on two seperate occasions.
She seemed to be in a world of her own as she stared up at the sky.

"It's really nice out" Drake tried to sound optimistic despite his mood.

"Ok so our mission is pretty easy, we just gotta rescue an Oswatt, easy peasy" Drake then hung his head looking at his feet drag through the dirt.

Aurora nodded, "Seems easy enough."
The Milotic continued to slither along. She didnt like flying.. or hovering, at the best of times, so she only used this ability when battling.

"But the pokemon out here are really mean, so dont go easy one em..." Drake recalled the first mission he met archana, and it showed on his face

Aurora chuckled, "Dont worry. I wont."
She watched the Gible curiously as he recalled the events of his first mission with Archana.

Thats when i fell for her.... The tiny Gible recalled.....

"What is it? Do I have something on my face?" Drake wiped his face and wiped off a little dirt

"No, no!" She smiled innocently, trying not to chuckle.

"Hey.....do you have any big apples? I haven't eaten all day!!" Drake said as he sat down and his stomach grumbled

"I think so." she smiled, digging through the treasure bag she had borrowed from a young and peppy snivy. "Ah. Here we are."
She dug out a big apple and handed it to the Gible, "I ate just before we left, so im not hungry."

The tiny little Gible smacked his lips as she handed the bright red apple to him

He finished in a few chomps "Thanks" Drake said remembering his manners

Drake got off the ground he was sitting on and simply said "This way"

"Youre welcome" she replied with another cheery smile.

She nodded and flicked her fan-like tail before following his directions.

"So aurora, how many missions you been on?" Drake inquired making small talk

"Not very many actually. Usually when I explore anywhere its in my own time.. when i feel like taking some times to myself.." she admitted. "What about you?"

Drake tried recalling how many missions hes been on with his own team, archana, and now this one with aurora.

"Kinda of between alot and a little" Drake said, thinking it sounded about right

Aurora smiled, "I suppose thats about right though, seeing as youre an explorer."

"I love doing missions, except recently....somethings happened" Drake eyes were brimmed with tears

"What happened?" she asked, not meaning to prise... but wanted to know out of curiosity.

"Your not imposing, if thats what your thinking..." Drake got rather good at reading people, but didnt know if thats a good or bad thing

Drake took in a deep breath and started to speak "Do you know Archana the Medichan? I've fallen for her HARD, and i dont wanna lose her as a friend........" Drake was trying hard not to hold back tears

"Ah..." she smiled, "Well, you should spend some mroe time with her and see if she returns the feelings before you say or do anything you might regret."

"I know....it just feels terrible liking an amazing girl, who's pretty and talented, and not have those feelings returned" Drake said turning away

She shrugged, "I wouldnt know.... ive never loved someone like that before."

"Its not love......actually....i think it might be" Drake said wondering to himself

Drake ears twitched at a rustling in the brush

The Milotic flicked her tail and stopped to stare at the offending bush.

Drake motioned in army sign "Stay put"

Drake jumped into the bush and pinned a little oswatt to the ground
