BATTLE! Sorren V.S. Xenos

"here we are, the pond" Sorren said to the totodile behind him. "do you wanna get into battle now, or later?" Sorren asked. the pond was as calm as ever, but not for long...

Rowan silently preened his feathers in a tree near the edge of the pond. He stopped and watched Sorren and Xenos when they appeared..

"I'd like to start now if you don't mind." He smiled adjusting his goggles for the battle at hand.

"you asked for it." Soren said. "Lets Go!" Sorren ran up to Xenos and used brick break.

"Whoa!" Xenos said, not reacting quickly enough to dodge, but block. He slid back a bit, wincing in some pain.

"Hey..you're pretty fast! Let's see if you can keep up with me then..!" He said as he dashed towards Sorren, preparing something.

Rowan watched, a smile on his face. He couldnt help but admire some of these young pokemon's skills.

Sorren saw what was happening and used double team preparing his next move.

Shaman walked into the pond area. Seeing Sorren he dived into the trees. No not another battle with him oh Arceus no. Shaman watched silently from the bushes.

Rowan watched as Shaman darted into the trees. He didnt know that this was the same Riolu that had been in the cafe earlier.

Xenos smirked, double team might not help him with this move he made up himself.

Xenos filled his mouth with water, ready to use water gun. But instead, kicked out some type of breakdance move, doing a headspin.

"Here we go...Water Gun Whirlwind!" He said spinning like a maniac, his strong water gun lashing around in circles.

Sorren jumped over the water and used brick break.

Xenos noticed this time, doing a back flip towards him, trying to swipe him with his tail.

Sorren let the tail connect, continuing with his brick break.

He let the brick break connect with his chest, then grabbed his arm, wincing again. But his grip was indeed strong as he attempted to hurl Sorren towards the ground, gritting his teeth.

Sorren hit the ground on his feet, taking advantage of the situation he used the momentum to swing the totidile around and fling him. he used double team again and charged another brick break(this is not godmodding, you have the opportunity to say you got out of my grip before i tried to swing you.).

Ahhhhh another training fanatic great. SHaman already had one as his room mate now there is the another one. Shaman kinda wanted to join but frick'in Sorren's kicks. Shaman shivered. Those were gonna haunt his dreams.

Xenos managed to slip out of his grip, and land back on the ground. He was clearly not going to win this easily.

He wondered why he was only using brick break, is he trying to see all of Xenos' moves first so he'd have the upper hand? Xenos decided to rely on his own fighting skills and water gun. Doing another Water Gun Whirlwind to get rid of the double team illusions, then waited...

Sorren stopped. he looked and saw that the totodile was waiting for him.
"Xenos, when an opponent is larger that you, your best asset is your speed and ranged attacks.
if a larger Pokemon is able to get a hold of you then your best move is your strongest, close range. and when you are weak have a type advantage, then your opponent has a disadvantage in move selection. remember that" Sorren said.

Xenos blinked, as Sorren abruptly gave him advice in the middle of the battle. "Uh...o-okay then!" He said, preparing a strong water gun.

Sorren ran forward charging a powerful brick break.

Xenos waited for Sorren to get just close enough, then released it straight at him, full blast.

Sorren used brick break on the stream of water spiting it down the middle, he then used quick attack to power through the current. he was taking a lot of damage, but if Xenos stopped the blast of water for even one second he was done for.

Xenos pushed on, making his water gun exert more pressure. But he wasn't used to the attack completely yet, and he had to stop it before he worked himself over.

However, as soon as he did, he got knocked on the head by a weaker brick break. But it was a strong enough blow to make him fly a few feet back, and land on the ground. Done.

Sorren landed a blow, but with magnificently less power. the water gun took allot out of him and he collapsed.

Shaman walked out of the bushes clapping loudly. " Nice fight trainer Sorren and Xen your probably the most promising newbie I have seen."
