A Team working as sort of 'Double Agents' for a band of outlaws.

Im looking for people interested in making a character to be part of that team.
I have one in mind, but I dont want her to be the leader.

By the way, my planned char is a Sneasel named Nyula...

Will these double agents be part of some sort of sitewide plot, somehow? Will the outlaws attempt to take over Grassveil after these agents say that it's an opportune moment to do so? You don't have to answer any of these questions, but I'm so curious fffff. |D
