Team Assault's return with DarkShock and Ciriya

DarkShock didn't seem to notice the many Pokemon staring at him when he landed in the middle of the marketplace...or he may just not have cared.

Ditrysia hovered a little bit behind DarkShock, uneasy under all the eyes that were staring at the Luxray... and at her, since she was following. She still wanted to ask a few questions, but the gathering crowd made her uneasy to the point where she just shut her mouth and followed meekly behind the leader. True, she could have gone on ahead back to the guild (and perhaps catch up with Kale before that), but the stares she would get...

No, she resolved to stay with the Luxray and Swellow, however uncomfortable that may be for her to do. She just hoped that Kale wouldn't get lost on the way to the guild. Not only was he rash in his decision-making, but he'd been running when she last saw her... and he hadn't been living in Grassveil for all that long, to boot. She wondered how good with directions the Sandshrew was. It would be pretty embarrassing to have to mount a search party to find a guild member inside the town where the guild was situated.

DarkShock seemed to notice Ditri's unease and looked at the crowd, "What? I bet you've all seen stranger Pokemon than a Luxray, go on about your business instead of halting to look at any new pokemon that comes to town," he said has he shifted letting his badge shine against his dark fur.

"Fancy seeing you again" a deep voice barked from one of the bustling alley ways, a orange and black striped dog like pokemon loping up to the luxray and the swellow. He grinned "Who is this?"

"ROMAN!!" grinned Ciriya as she landed next to Darkshock, "Are we still on for that Exploration in...... Wait. I cant say it in front of all these people... but you know what i mean....."
She shook her head, "How rude of me. This is Ditrysia, and somewhere back there, is a Sandshrew named Kale."

Darkshock chuckled, "What? Never expected me to leave Icicle Woods?" He smirked and flicked his tail back and forth.

Ditri smiled shyly and waved to the Arcanine. "Nice to meet you, sir," she said, trying not to squirm. She could feel all the attention the other marketgoers were giving to the group, what with all the commotion they were making.

Roman smiled down upon the two pokemon. "Nice to meet you! The name's roman,Leader of Independent Exploration team Blazeburn" a flash of gold indicated some sort of badge as the regal team leader grinned jauntily. "Oh and Ciriya, We are definitely on for that exploration!"

Darkshock smirked slightly, compared to his own badge, Roman's team was still rookies. Few people knew of Darkshock's cocky side, because he always kept it in his head.

Roman flashed a slight glare at the Luxray,not at all enjoying tolerating his smirk. Roman was one to notice every detail. Since his partner wasn't committed to being an explorer he was quite used to going into dungeons alone and had to be very observant. "Anyhow,What brings you to town" he managed to keep a friendly tone,his tail curling around his large paws.

"I was investigating the melting of Icicle woods, it seems a certain someone's moves left their mark on the woods, and now that that little bit of unsavory business is done with I can go to my new job," Darkshock said flashing his Master*** badge from under his fur.

Roman pinned his ears to his head,guilty about damaging the forest but angry at Darkshock "Yes and my move saved you loads of trouble did it not?" he snarled "I practically saved your life" he grumbled,the luxray quickly getting under his skin. "Anyway I'm headed towards Shadowhue. Ciriya i'll see you soon" he jerked in the direction of the shadowy forest

"Come to the guild some time later! It'd be nice to catch up while you taste my food," Darkshock said as he padded towards the guild.

Roman nodded curtly,dashing off towards the forest.

"DUDE, can I come with you. Im not sticking around in town all day, its so.. Boring..." groanedd Ciriya, who rather preferred to explore than to walk around staring at merchandise all day.

Roman screeched to a halt "Are you up for it bird?" he teased, waving his fluffy tail in the explorers face.

"YES!!" she grinned giving a quick goodbye to the other three before taking off and doing a loop-the-loop, before following Roman.

Darkshock waved his tial nonchalantly then looked back at Team Assault, "You two comin or gonna let your guild members worry more?" he said teasingly.

(okayy. OMG maybe she can discover the fake ciriya.. or maybe the fake ciriya can cause havoc in the town while shes in the forest)

(Yesh and then the real ciriya gets shunned by everyone because they think shes the fake one and Roman tries to prove her innocence. Lol now Roman shall become great friends with Ciriya XD I enjoy how things never go exactly as planned)

(( Kale went ahead of the rest of the group, Shadow. x'3 He's lost in the crowd anywhere, so it's just Ditri. ))

Ditrysia had hung back while the three Pokemon chatted, not wanting to butt into the conversation. The three were obviously friends -- or at least friendly acquaintances -- and she'd have felt awful to intrude on their banter. Though it was rather awkward just standing around, waiting for DarkShock and Ciriya to finish, she decided it would be rude to just leave them after all they'd done for her and Kale.

When the Arcanine and Ciriya pelted off, she waved blandly in their wake, a little bit stunned. She was about to say something when she heard DarkShock calling to her; with a small yelp, she turned around and started fluttering over to him. "Y-yeah, sorry," she stammered.

Darkshock padded towards the guild flicking his tail back and forth.

Ditri followed in silence. As she flew, she imagined what it would be like to have DarkShock as a guild cook. He was fierce, that was a given, and obviously a good fighter. Why a cook, then? Did he make good meals or something? Somehow, Ditri thought that the guild would have benefited from DarkShock's patronage more if they'd hired him as a sentry or something.

"DarkShock," she found herself saying, "why did you agree to be the guild's cook? You just don't seem like the type of Pokemon to take on a type of job like that."
