History: This Lucario was always a trouble child from day one, never listening to even the Cops, he was a local Pick Pocket until one day he got caught finally and got sent to jail. During that time the Judge over his town ruled he had the choice of going to jail, or going into a reform program where he could learn to use some abilities that could be useful later in life. Well as the smart kid he was he went to reform school where he learned a little about fighting and went up to level 20, then his sensei told him to go out into the world and do good.
Quickly he was able to make it to another village where he learned about being in an Exploration Team from an old woman in the village. He then made it his life mission to join up with a team one day. Before he left on his adventure again the old woman gave him an Ocarina and she taught him how to play it. He then set off to where he currently is and thought that it would be cool to start his own team so that he could be his own boss.
