History: Kale was originally a citizen of a different town, but after being rejected from its exploration guild on the grounds of being too weak, he packed his bags and came to Grassveil Town. After settling down in a ramshackle cottage, he went to seek out a partner to join Grassveil's guild with. When his current partner, a Butterfree named Ditrysia, came to him, he partnered up with her and they joined the guild as apprentices. When asked for their team name, Kale told the Guildmaster that it was 'Team Assault' without consulting Ditrysia.
