History: Meadow was raised as an eevee and evolved the same way as his parents, after being mature enough he joined a rescue team where his teammates weren’t exactly nice to him, as the time passed the was noticed by a bunch of outlaws who noticed his talents, they became a family for him, they teached him how to steal, how to extortionate and feed on the weak, his stealthy way of doing crimes for survival and money makes him not be too notorious on towns.
