History: She moved to her current location after having been shunned for her repulsive appearance as a feebas. While traveling there, she came across a piece of gauzy cloth caught on a tree branch. Hoping it would make her look more attractive, she tied the material around her neck. Suddenly she felt strange. Her body became long and slender; her scales smooth and elegant. Looking down at her reflection she realized she'd evolved! She was now a milotic.
Other: She still wears the scarf because she fears that taking it off will mae her de-evolve back to a feebas.

I love Milotic... in fact I have a Milotic character too. xD Anyhow;

• You said she moved to her current location but didn't mention what that location was.
  
• Are you sure you only want three moves? You can have a fourth and then replace it with another if you decide to learn a new move at a later date. Please note that your character can still only have four moves at any one time though.
  
• Last but not least, you should read the site rules.

I'm not sure where to have her location since she's kind of a wanderer at the moment and hasn't settled
