A Quest in Hia Valley

Aimee was once again flying along with Castiel, the wind blowing her long blue scarf out behind her as they headed for Hia Valley. Apparently one of the residents of Shiver Camp had a Quest that needed to be completed and Aimee was one of the only rangers available that could make it there and back fairly quickly.

Once they reached the valley, the Pidgeot landed neatly in the snow outside of the village. He glanced around, ruffling his feathers as Aimee leaped off of his back. Checking that she still had her Styler and hadn't lost it again, she then entered the village, Castiel following close behind.
Aimee glanced around for one of the villagers, hoping that someone could tell her who it was she was supposed to find and accept the Quest from. Soon enough, she spotted a man dressed in a thick blue coat, bending down next to one of the houses. He looked like he was trying to organize something into a box of some sorts.

Without hesitation, Aimee made her way over to help. She carried the equipment that wouldn't fit into the box, into the hut. The man, grateful after getting inside and placing the box down in one corner, smiled.
"You must be the ranger they sent."
Aimee just nodded. Castiel had been allowed into the hut to stop the feathers on his legs from freezing in the snow. He tilted his head to the side slightly as if meaning to ask if this was the man they were looking for.
"Yup!" smiled Aimee, "So what was this Quest you needed us for?"

"Well it's not uncommon," began the man, who revealed himself to be the chief of the village, "But there are huge blocks of ice and snow blocking the pathways through the valley. I need a ranger to clear them for us so they don't hinder our research."
"That's understandable." replied Aimee, readily accepting the Quest, "We'll have it done in no time!"
"Thankyou." smiled the chief as Aimee and Castiel turned to leave.
Aimee waved goodbye, promising to report back later, then left the hut.

Once outside, the young ranger turned to her Pidgeot partner.
"Right then Cas. There must be loads of these ice blocks. Where should we start?"

Luna looked at the Piplup with gental eyes as she broke her apple(she had another one) in hafe and gave it to the Penguin Pokemon. She took a bite into the other half, "I don't have any problems with being a ranger but, You can't really go anywhere with out telling someone. As a Hunter you do what ever you want and go where ever you want. You have more freedom as a Hunter in a manner of speaking." she tried to explain to Aimee.

Aimee shrugged. "Each to his own I guess. Though I would prefer to be there for when people need me, rather than leave it to chance on whether or not you'll be there to help."

The Piplup munched happily on the half of the apple. It was much more relaxed than it had been earlier.

The ranger then gently climbed off of her Pidgeot's back as he landed. Bending down, she placed the Piplup on the ground.
She smiled at it, "There we go. See? No nasty hunter anymore. Just stay close to here until I can make sure he's gone for good."
Aimee stroked it's head and it replied with a cheerful "Piplup!!" before it started to wander off towards the thin cluster of trees nearby, part of the apple still in hand as it nibbled at it.

Luna chuckled as she watched the small blue Pokemon. "I like it here. It's so peacefull when there arn't any Pokemon hunters here." she said looking at Tsubasa. "Why don't you go play with Pidgeott?" she asked her Pokemon. The bravairy looked at his trainer, then to the other flying type and back to her. He let out a soft coo as if he grumbled a "Fine." and took off into the sky waiting for the other bird Pokemon.

"Castiel. His name is Castiel," replied Aimee as the Braviary fluttered back up into the sky.

The Pidgeot spread his wings before taking off again. He did a quick spin, folding his wings in slightly as he continued to rise into the sky. Once he decided that he was high enough, he spread his wings out as far as they would go, acting to stop the speedy incline immediately, efficiently and with only a single wingflap.
