History: Sear led a rather unexciting life following his birth, living with his mother and traveling around to various places, never finding a permanent place to take residence in. Sear hadn't planned to become an explorer until later on, in fact, and only after a certain event in his youth, when all of his and his mother's belongings had been stolen from their current home at the time. They'd raced after the theif, only to find an outlaw who refused to return any of their things, too powerful for the two to take on. Then an exploration team came. They defeated the outlaw and got Sear and his mother back their items in the process. Seeing the appreciation his mother had to them afterwords, the houndour decided he wanted to follow the same path they had, and become just as powerful.
And so off he went to the Guild to start his adveture.
