Venting

Okays.. Well imma just go on so... lol mind my spelling its late at night and i'm too upset and confused to care
This predicament is awful. not being able to breath at night is the worse thing ever ;~; I have to stay up late and walk around or else i won't get to sleep. I feel bad for keeping my grandma awake. I fall asleep in history class. i cant pay attention in school. But worst of all theres nothing I can do about it. Its supposedly anxeity(fail spelling) but its so hard to control if it is. I literally have to go do something to occupy myself or its unbearable. What can I do about anxiety? do you take medicine? I really have no clue. And lol my grandma is listening to lullabies on the tv XD

Uhh anything else? I thought venting might help relive stress ya know? Uhh...My sister is constantly yelling..my mom told me that because i get frustrated so easily i'll never amount to anything.My school work is only getting harder and i hate relying on my sister to help me do it. I feel like an idiot constantly because everyone seems to understand everything but me...:/ Ah well i suppose this concludes it >> HEY! WINNING~ I CAN BREATH BETTER

wow o.o I suggest just tiring yourself out through the day so you'll pass out at night XD but really you could try occupying yourself by imagining things in your head if you feel restless at night
