A blue egg drifted into shore from sea. It sat on the shore, slowly beginning to be pulled back by the current.

"Pardon my intrusiveness, but i sense they have the intent to go to Hoenn. Such a lovely region it is, too..." Arceus said, looking wistfully into the horizon. He blinked and shook his head, then looked to Palkia. "It's really nice to have time to relax like this, isn't it?" he asked calmly and contentedly.

"It sure is." Palkia said looking down. I wounder when the Egg will hatch? she thought. She looked back to the ocean and watch the sunset. There was nothing that could ruin this moment.
