Are you there?

Ryu waited by the bordre, her heart sinking lower and lower with the moon. Cautiously she padded over the border line, dawning the name Shadowed Moon as she stepped into the enemy territory. No creature but Shadow knew she was of Kurayami. "Shadow..?" she called quietly. "Are you here? whats keeping you?"

Kanari sighed from her soft bed in the palace. No matter how hard she tried, she wouldnt be able to leave the citadel tonight. There were way to many people coming to check on her health after she had been poisoned...

Moon padded farther into the territory, not daring to take flight yet. As the palace came i nview she realized with a jolt how far she had come. The light in the heir's room was on. She must be staying home. How stupid am i!? The black dragon chided herself, her ears drooping. She was never truly my friend. I was just a toy. Just something to get information out of. Just something for fun.

The Heiwana heir transformed into her in-between form and blew out the candles that were lighting the room. She fluttered out onto her own balcony and stood, wishing that she hadnt accidentally gone into the Kurayami territory earlier that day. If she had realised sooner she could be out there now, speaking with Moon, catching up on what had happened between both kingdoms.

As she saw the fluttering dragon she hastily turned tail. She wasnt about to be caught on Heiwana territory. She began to run then screeched to a halt, remembering that very rarely was anyone hostile towards the dragon Shadowed Moon.

Kanari sighed again and hopped up and balanced on the railings that stopped anyone from falling off. The railings were elegantly designed, with swirling patterns to make them look pretty. She stared down at the kingdom that was set to be hers one day.. but no matter what anyone did or said, she knew that she would hate ruling.

Moon hung her head. How could she have been so stupid as to think someone would actually befriend her? Shaking her head to clear these thoughts she flew silently into the air, heading back towards the Kurayami kingdom.

Kanari ended up staying outside for about three more minutes before another guard poked his head in to check on her. She sighed and on his orders returned to her bed.
