I think that Minun means that when she was born she was extremely fast

Your characters cant have any random powers or anything. they are normal pokemon, with normal abilities and normal moves.

Well Minun is an electric type, and electric types are known to naturally have more speed than any other pokemon, maybe he could make a storyline on why his electricity was too much from his birth...hatching...I still don't understand why the 'genius' scientists of the pokemon world can't understand where pokemon eggs come from, then again <_< why are pokemon with mammal like figures laying eggs in the first place?

True...but you'd think somebody would have answered this by now...it's kinda obvious, maybe pokemon will become more mature to where someone can figure out where the "eggs" come from, I'd also like a scientist who studies the slow evolution of pokemon, like Pichu becoming minun and plusle in the hoenn region and caterpie becoming wurmple and the such
